Ive been having problems getting my presc. Lately when i pickup. 3 days in a row didnt have my presc. And they should show some kind of remorse about not having it ready. There are certain ones there that are making longs in florence look bad. Im seriously looking into transferring pharmacys again.

I came thru the drive thru, told them l wanted one prescription, sat outside for literally over 45 minutes waiting on that prescription to have the WRONG PRESCRIPTION brought out to me. Told a very pleasant young man l needed to go to the bank b4 it closed and he asked me if l could come inside to pick up the prescription after l came back from the bank l told him yes but after l left the bank l was still aggravated, with them (longs pharmacy) l ended up not returning.Fast forward to the next week. I called to see if my prescriptions were ready b cuz no one EVER CALLED to say if they were ready or not, l was on hold almost 14 minutes before someone picked up and asked if l could HOLD, l snapped at the young and whoever you are, l apologize for snapping at you. Longs pharmacy is the worse and if l could give the a lower rating then a 1, then would be getting a -1 or below

Called in at 8. Said that I would pick up by 9. Got here at 9:10 and medicine still wasnt ready. They told me to drive around after 20 more minutes of waiting came back to the window and still no Help. They never came back and ask me did I needed any help until I ring the bell and ask them did they forgot about me? Then she proceeds to say that it will be another minute only for it to take another 10 more minutes. I will no longer use this pharmacy for nothing.

Great place to go for a pharmacy that works with you. Friendly staff but the staff doesnt do their job correctly half the time. Ive had to go back in and have my medicine corrected after they gave me the wrong thing. Theyve written the wrong days supply on my prescription before causing an issue with my insurance company when I went to refill the medication. And everytime I call up there to have my medicine filled and get there its never done. They havent even started on it half the time. There is so many people working there its hard to say who isnt doing their job. Im just fed up with driving up there expecting my medicine to be ready and having to wait 20 mins because whoever I spoke with on the phone didnt put it in to have it filled.

Located inside of Hope Health, this is the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff is by far the most caring and considerate people ever. They go out of their way to help people, not screw them over for the last penny in their pocket. I will never use another pharmacy.

I absolutely appreciate Longs Pharmacy for the welcoming hospitality. They have a great staff that goes above and beyond to make sure that I get my medicine on time every time. They are the best! Thank you to the staff for all you do!

The most unorganized pharmacy Ive ever used. Its convenient inside Hope Health but the waits are always long and you have to wait to tell them to fill the prescription then wait again when your buzzer goes off. Most of the employees seem very frustrated and just walk around inns daze.

Fast service and if they dont have what u want they will get it. Never to busy and always nice.
