My boyfriend used Parham law firm and the terms of his plea agreement that were told to both of us were not true. Quite frankly, the lawyer just didn’t know the laws pertaining to this plea agreement. This mistake has put an unexpected financial burden on us. Not only have they not done anything to rectify their mistake, but now they wont respond to attempts to resolve this issue. When you hire a lawyer and pay them $5000.00 you expect at a bare minimum that they are familiar with the laws and will fight for you. This law firm did neither. I definitely would not recommend this law firm.

~Warning~**DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM**Hi, My name is Trent. I live in Florence SC. I’m writing this review in hopes that I can save you from making a huge mistake and hiring this law firm like I did. In February 2017 I got a DUI. I hired Rose Mary because of the good things I had heard about her. I paid $5000 for her services however I never talked to her once about my case. Instead a younger lawyer named Lawton handled my case. I told Lawton that my only concern was my driving privileges. I told him that I worked for myself and I needed to be able to drive. He told me that I might want to think about taking a plea bargain & that might be my best option. He called me later & said the he got the prosecutor to drop the DUI down to a DUAC and if I agreed to this plea bargain that I would only have to do one year with the interlock (breathalyzer). So after my girlfriend & I discussed this with Lawton, I agreed to the plea bargain. I felt pretty good about my decision until a year later and it came time to get the interlock removed. I had been counting down the days all year to have the device removed. When I never received the paper work to have it removed I called DMV. Thats when I was told my interlock device wasn’t scheduled to be removed for another year. I was shocked & immediately called Lawton and told him what I was just told. He told me he would make a few calls and get back to me. He did call me back and said that he had made a mistake and he was sorry. He then told me that unfortunately I would have to do another year with the interlock. He acted like it was no big deal. Well I assure you that it was certainly a big deal to me. This firm got me a plea bargain that I accepted and it turned out to be a TOTAL SHAM. I paid $5000 for these lawyers to lie to me. So I left a review similar to this one on her web page. I was looking into getting a lawyer at the time for their mistakes and money they have cost me. Thats when they had a employee call me and ask if I could remove my review. He told me if I did remove it that they would do all they could to get this mistake resolved. Eager to fix this issue, I removed my review & hoped they could finally get this resolved. Well, that was 9 months ago! Since then all I have got is one big run around. I finally received a phone call to meet Lawton at the office a few weeks ago and thought maybe just maybe this could be it.. But yet again, nothing came of it except a bunch of useless unhelpful information. After leaving that meeting my girlfriend and I realized that nothing ever would be resolved through Parham law firm and I still have 3 months to go with the interlock. This law firm has NOT ONCE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKE THEY HAVE MADE. They have not once asked me what they could do to make this right. They haven’t even offered. All they have done is make excuses and give me a few I’m sorry’s. It’s been almost 2 years now since I hired this law firm to represent me. Two years and I’ve only talked to the lawyer I paid $5000 for once, ONCE! She called in March after I left my first review on this website. She called me and said she had confidence they could get something done. THAT WAS 9 MONTHS AGO! I’ve recently tried every way I could think to get in touch with Rose Mary to see if we could resolve this mistake the easy way. I have called her multiple times, left voice mails, emailed her twice, I even texted her and she hasn’t responded at all! This firms mistake has hurt me financially and cost me another $2000+ in monitoring fees, that’s on top of there $5000 fee they charged me for NOTHING but lies and a false plea bargain. What they have done to me is wrong and is the definition of Malpractice. I’m looking into my options on those issues again. Only positive thing to come out of this was that night 4 years ago was the last time I had a drink. Now, The only thing that is still lingering from that night is the mistakes this law firm has made. So, like I said at the start, Save yourself a HUGE headache and a lot of money and DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

Im giving 2 stars because I honestly cant leave a reward on how they handle their cases because I didnt make it that far. However, I can leave a review based on my phone conversation with someone from the company. I called the office for my husband and the young man that answered the phone clearly didnt want to hear anything I had to say. I was listen to him speak about what he assumed he heard me say ( I wasnt speaking because he was doing all the talking) and at that moment I realized this wasnt the law firm for me.
