Shayla provides an unmatched professional experience. She has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable about the process. Her delivery is awesome and is a great conversation starter, which will make you feel at ease about the process. She has no problem educating you on what she is doing or answering any questions that you may have.My advice to anyone looking for this service, book her without hesitation! Her appointment books fill up quick, you do not want to miss out. I had mine done by her a year ago and they still look fabulous. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Oh and just know, you pay for quality, there are others who are much higher and don’t even come close to what she will do.

I went to Shay back in October of 2019 to get my brows done and I absolutely loved them!She is definitely the best in the industry Ive seen so far. I loved her work so much she inspired me to take her class. She was very detailed, the kit was beautifully put together. I was very nervous when I did my first client but she was right there over my shoulder guiding me and showing me what to do. I left her training feeling very confident. I definitely reccomend her services.

Shay did not do my eyebrows but I was a client for one of her students while she taught. She was very professional, caring and attentive to her student. You can tell she really cares about her craft. I was extremely pleased with my results and I encourage anyone looking for training to seek her - she’s a great teacher!

I am happy with the service that I received however I have attempted to reach out to Shay three times to inquire about my touch up appointment and have yet to get a response back from her. I am very disappointed with the level of communication that I have received after I have paid $450 for a service. Needless to say I will take my business else where and all potential customers that I have referred to her wont be going.

Absolutely no regrets! Ive had my brows for over a year now without any touch ups, and they still look great!! I took her mocroblading, and microshading training a few days ago. She was very professional, and knowledgeable. I learned a lot. She will teach you everything you need to know!! Even after the class she is still very supportive. Her professionalism snd knowledge of the field really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I mean lets face it a semi permanent make-up procedure is a big deal. Lasting 3-5 years. She is a teacher of the craft. Teaching students that work all over the country. Besides her knowledge in the field i really appreciated how clean and sterile her work space was. Shayla walked me thru the process the whole time explaining what she was doing and really made me feel so comfortable. Aside from the procedure being almost painless the chit chat was so friendly. Walking out of her studio i was not only transformed with a new face, because of the beautiful eyebrows she crafted onto my face, i also walked out feeling as i had a friend. That is so important to have that client relationship. Any questions or concerns i have i can easily message her and she is back with me within an hour.
