Very rude woman who answered the phone. I understand why she has a problem with volunteers.

I so appreciate everything that was offered to me. I could not have afforded this without there help. Recommend this organization with all my heart. This will help scouts health

I filled out the online application and was contacted the next day via text message which I think is very unprofessional. I called the number and a female answered the phone. I explained to the female that I recieved a text asking me to mail in $20 and other personal information in order to get my precious cat fixed. I assume I was speaking with Pat because the female never told me her name and the number that I called matched the number on Pats website. I asked her if we could meet somewhere in person because I did not feel comfortable just mailing $20 and giving out information to just anyone. I assume she didnt want to meet because she never gave me a place or time. I support what this organization is trying to do for the community, however, the lack of professionalism that I recieved was ridiculous. I understand that most, if not all, people in this organization are volunteers, but that does not give you the reason to compromise your professionalism.
