Advanced Technologies of KY is a small family run operation which does it absolute best to take care of each person with respect and honesty. My daughter has a complete ulnar tear and the rep Meredith was beyond helpful and provided her with everything she needed to heal. She was up front with pricing and what she thought was covered by our insurance or not. Tara in the billing office processed our insurance and payment in a timely manner. Additionally, Meredith and I discussed arthritic swelling in my hands and she offered a compression glove...for free...that didnt fit another patient to see if it helped. I have since ordered more compression gloves for myself, post-surgical items for my mother, and an ankle support for my spouse. Each interaction has been more than professional, timely and with my convenience in mind. The owner really cares about the business as well.

On 1/19/21 I ordered one pair of support stockings for $85.00. I paid $85.00 dollars to the company with my credit debit card that same day. I got a letter in April after three months of wearing those stockings telling me that I owed Advance Technology of Kentucky $100.00 because of none payment and interest was added to my account.I called that company and protest to them that i paid them $85.00 on 1-19-21 with my debit credit card. After they looked back to that date they discovered that whomever taken my order over the phone didnt process my card, I told them that was not my fault. They said they would only charge me the $85.00 with an apology. I paid $85.00 dollars again with my debit credit card, and today May 17, I get a letter from their collection agency stating that I now owe Advance Technology of Kentucky $170.00. I called the collection agency and told the representative that i paid the $85.00 that i orginal owed them, and i also told her what had happen from the beginning about their mess up with my credit card payment. The agent had me to hold on so she could check it out about my payment that was paid recently. She came back and apologized to me, for she had seen that I truly had paid that $85.00 again because AdvanceTechnology of Kentuckys mess up. I told her that i would not ever recommend anyone to do business with Advance Technology of Kentucky. They will cause your credit score to be in trouble for no reason at all. Yes I am very upset with that company 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I can only say great things about the services I have received from this company. They have gone above and beyond the normal realm to help with anything I have needed. I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

They never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call during business hours they dont answer I need to get a billing situation straightened up but they wont respond

I would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a CPAP machine from this company at the recommendation of my Doctors office. Wanted to buy online but was told it would be too much of a hassle with getting prescription, right fit etc. Had a 20 minute fitting session (I should note that at the time of this purchase I had been using a CPAP machine for over 3 years) which was absolutely useless. I knew the mask that I wanted when I went in and even gave them the model number. They did not have this mask but provided a similar one. I was happy with the machine and supplies until the bills started coming. Per my insurance I was responsible for 20% of the cost. Insurance was charged 5 times what this machine retails for so basically I paid full retail. Then they continued to charge monthly rental fees. Got no call back from several messages left on their v mail stating that I had no desire to rent this machine and to please provide the cost to buy outright. Finally paid the bill at the end of last year just to be done with it and guess what. Just received an invoice for another months rental. Called the number on the invoice and was told that they do not handle the CPAP billing and had to call a different number once again. THIS COMPANIES BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE EXTREMELY SHADY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This companies bills for medical providers (at least one that I am aware of,) but are generally horrible for the following reasons:- Nowhere on their invoices is the name or ANY reference whatsoever to the original provider for whom they are billing.- The invoices I have received are ambiguous, confusing, poorly formatted, and provide little to no useful information about the products or services billed. The service dates are not clear. Multiple bill numbers are referenced but no other information is given. The invoice doesnt have a unique invoice number to refer to when billing for multiple time periods.- The company does not have (and appears to have gone to lengths to avoid having) any legitimate presence on the internet. Nothing about this company or its invoices seems credible.- The only payment method listed or implied is by check, and there is no return envelope included. There does not appear to be a way to make payment using a credit card, which makes paying using an HSA or FSA extremely difficult.Any money saved by the provider over a more expensive (and better) billing service is lost on the time and energy spent gleaning any useful information from their invoices. I am actually changing providers as a result of this companys poor billing.
