Florence MRI & Imaging is amazing and with and even more amazing staff. The entire staff was very polite, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. Shout out to Mrs. Teresa for being rock star and answering all my questions and Amanda who took care of my daughter while having her 1st procedure there.

10/10 recommend, the ladies in here are so sweet and kind. Natasha is the lady that did my ultra sound on my kidneys, and she has excellent bedside manner and is so very caring! i’ve never been somewhere where everyone in office is amazing! will definitely be going back!

This was my first visit to Florence MRI and Imaging and it was a pleasant experience. My MRI tech, Amanda, was very nice and informative. She made me feel, as though she really cared for me as a patient. She is an asset to your office and would be to anyone else’s office. Aside from the 21 page document that you have to fill out when you first get there the experience was very very good.In particular, Melissa explained thoroughly all of the steps before, during and after. She made all the difference in the world in easing my anxiety.

Horrible Customer Service. I WAS a loyal repeat customer who recently scheduled an MRI with them. I even accommodated an earlier appointment where they had a cancellation. I live over an hour away, two hours round trip, and mistakenly left my credit card home. My appointment was at 7:30 am for which I arrived early. I explained my situation and had my wife text me a photo of my credit card, not to mention my card was in my iPhone wallet. Even though I have always paid-in-full, up front, and my insurance was paying for 80% of the cost, they were unwilling to process my payment without my card. It’s clear there main focus is the money.

Recently had MRI at Florence MRI & Imaging. I was able to get an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Upon arrival, the parking was next to the building. The facility was clean. The staff courteous and professional. I was able to complete my forms quickly on an easy to use touch pad device. I needed to take my results with me. A disc was provided within 5 minutes of completing my scans. Great experience!

MY VERY FIRST MRI !! GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT RADIOLOGIST TECHNICIANS! A+++Easy to locate. Time I went in the office I was welcomed with smiles. I love how they give a tablet or iPad for everyone to use when they first come in. To input there medical his basic info. Name address etc. I was actually called back before I even finished all the signing spots on the tablet. Less than 10 minutes. I came prepared knowing I couldnt where ANY metal to have a MRI. The staff was very friendly. They made sure ur purse and belonging was secured and locked into a locker. While, having the MRI done they were great at checking on me while I was in what I looked at it as a tunnel. Before going calling to make appointment they asked me if I have a fear/anxiety problem with being cloister phobic (a fear of tight spaces or small areas and get overwhelmed while being in tight spaces) I told her no over the telephone. When I got there I started crying cause I didnt know how tight the space actually was. She reassured me that everything WAS GOING TO BE OKAY. She put like a presser cuff in right hand and said squeeze this if you start feeling panicky and uncomfortable just squeeze it. I never felt uncomfortable because the lady doing the MRI would check up on me ever few seconds AND she could always hear me if I said anything. After laying there on the hard table for over 15 minutes she asked why I was crying, I let her know that it was because I was in so much pain in my neck to my cervical and a shooting pain running down my arm. Which is why I was getting the MRI.BUT, ITS A GREAT PLACE. Would recommend to anyone!
