Waited 6 months for an appointment. Finally the day came and they had me wait 2 and a half hours to then be placed in a room and still more waiting. I told the nurses at the nurses station that I would have to reschedule due to my children needing to get picked up from school. I live an hour from this location. The just said....go to the front desk. I went to the front desk and the girl sat there for another 15 minutes clicking and clicking trying to find me an appointment. I left with no appointment and still late to get my kids from school. How about instead of over scheduling patients he schedules properly. Greedy and money hungry is why. I called my insurance company to ensure that they not be billed for the visit because there was no visit.

I love Dr. Patel! He is the best! He comes in the room and sits down and checks his computer to look at my file. He then comes over and physically checks me and asks if I have any questions and answers thoroughly. He takes the time to listen to me and offers solutions to try in order to get relief for me. He has a sweet and caring personality and makes me feel at ease when Im in his office. I hope he never retires! Lol

There isnt enough room to type out all what is wrong with this man as a doctor and a human being.

This man is the WORST ‼️ he is not caring or understanding ! When He took over for Dr. Turner and got some of Dr. Turner patients he didn’t take any file that Dr. Turner had on his old patients ! How are you going to take on someone old patient ‘ And not know how the problems for them started ! My Aunt ( She has Lupus ) ended back to Square 1 after Dr. Turner left !! She finally left and found a Dr . In Myrtle Beach ‼️And when she started to complain about her increase of pain & how nothing was working to him ( Dr.Patel) , one of the nurses called and told my aunt her appointment was canceled and when my aunt asked why no one gave an explanation so he left her high and dry to find another Dr . After HE GOT HER BACK TO SQUARE 1 & In the same pain she was in when she first was diagnosed ‼️‼️‼️& my mother goes to him & I’m trying to find her a new doctor now ! This man is a Joke ‼️‼️ ‘ all he want is the money ! He is NOT CARING AT ALL ‼️‼️‼️
