Everything from start to finish was great! The ease of online booking, and also payment afterwards, was awesome. The atmosphere in the lobby & in the room was relaxing. The massage therapist, Chuck, has magic hands! He listened to what I wanted as well which I really appreciated! I hate spending money on myself so I dont treat myself often. This was a little pricey (for me), but it seems to be in the industry norm. BUT it was worth every penny!

Therapists are phenomenal. Dont get that twisted. Front desk, not so much. I asked them to work with me and my schedule. They are NOT willing to work with you or your schedule. They will than tack on a late fee and demand it be paid immediately. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Love the phone call reminders. Chuck is great! He caters to the pressure you request and the areas you need most focused on. Very professional and I love the vibe of this place. Everyone is down to earth and RELAXED like they are supposed to be!

They were really friendly and asked what areas I wanted done or didnt want done. The message was great and had good conversation. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great message for a good price. After one massage with them I joined their membership and booked the next one in advance. The membership is worth it, save money and they roll over into the next month if youre too busy.

The scheduling process was great, the follow up was great, I was eager to fix the pain I had and had been looking forward to this for over a week!!And then the morning of my appointment, I got a call saying the person I was schedule with couldn’t come in... very disappointing not having any kind of substitute available. :(.

Elements shatters all the preconceived notions about corporate massage businesses. The staff is very friendly and personable, and my therapist is fabulous. The facility is clean & sanitized. Im very comfortable with health precautions.

I get a massage here at least once a month. The last one I had was a deep tissue with Huss and it was amazing. Perfect pressure and just all around amazing. Absolutely recommend!!!

Not sure if they provide a good massage or not. But was denied services due to not being able to wear a mask. Refuses to honor exemptions available to those who cannot wear a mask per CDC and ADA, American Disability Act.

I “initially” reluctantly made an appointment with the first man other than my husband that would ever massage me. When I get a massage I always choose women. I was so glad that I took the appointment with Chuck. It was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had. Every other massage I have ever received I am always sore for days, which is why I rarely get them. On top of that, I really don’t feel like I get much relief. I have a lot of hip, neck and back pain due to a previous condition and sedentary job. Not only was I not sore, but I was able to do an insane amount of yardwork That involves building a retaining wall and And helping my husband move 3 ton of rock From the back of his truck to the driveway, and then shovel it to the proper places in the garden AND planting new flowers. I really don’t think that I could’ve accomplished all of that if it was not for him. He is absolutely gifted and I hope he stays with Elements for a long time. Thank you Chuck!

They have a new client special, which made the experience even more affordable. My technician, Alicia, was professional, skilled and set the tone of our interaction from the beginning.Whether you live in the area, are passing through or need to kill time while waiting on someone, schedule a massage. I’ve slept perfectly the two nights since my massage.

I have to get a massage every month due to some muscle issues. It took me a long time to find someone I liked, but finally I found Chris and I would never change from him! As a matter of fact, I live about 30 minutes away from Florence (they used to have a site closer to where I live) but I make the trip just for him!

I was sure I was in need of rotator cuff surgery... My left arm was maybe at 20 percent. My first session at Elements was with Chuck. He got it back to at least 95%. Saw Chris the other day for my second round. Im at or pretty close to 100% now! Absolutely amazed!

There are quite a few options for massage in the area. I am glad I chose Elements. It was my first massage so I received a discounted rate.Parking is free. Waiting room is nicely lit with comfortable chairs.Chuck was my masseuse. He has a very nice touch and gives a great massage.The York peppermint Patty left on the heated massage table is a nice extra touch.

It is hard to get in with my preferred therapists but they are wonderful! I have been loyal to Paisley and will continue to do so but when I need a massage in between appointments or if I cant get in with Paisley, I will use Jennifer. Love the atmosphere.

Paisley is a fantastic massage therapist! Whether Ive been working out at the gym, running, or swimming long distance, she intuitively knows which muscles need her expert attention. Paisleys soothing voice is as therapeutic as her massage therapy. I usually schedule a 2-hour session with her because it is so thoroughly enjoyable. Scott Zachary

I came in with numerous trigger points all over my right torso from over-zealous raking of leaves. I was in a lot of pain. Dorothy really focused her treatment on releasing the knots in my muscles. She was amazing. So glad I was able to get in the same day I called.

Went for my appointment and was told it was canceled. I received no notification or anything. Receptionist was really rude. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful massage by Chuck. The first time my chronic shoulder and neck pain have been relieved. I live 3 hours away and have had several massages at my home town. I will definitely go back to Elements the next time I visit the Florence / Cincinnati area.

The place does very well at their job. Their purchase options are terrible though. There is no understanding of finance surprises. They expect you to have a membership or they charge you a higher amount for the individual service. So if you are not local and just making a stop, if you travel a lot, or if you prefer to go as you can when life doesnt throw surprise finance surprises at you like a flat tire look for other options. There are certainly other places that understand life finance surprises and are not greedy for money. Many chiropractor offices normally have message therapists that let people come by appointment without any membership too. By my experience places that let their customers come according to their schedule and when finances are not tough are far better than places like this that charge you every month no matter if you choose to come and put you under extra pressure. Would not go back because of the whole nonsense membership thing.

Elements in Florence has been my new go to place for massage for 2 years now. I really like how they have a leveling system. I go to level 4 massage therapist and have had great luck finding therapist who do an outstanding job. I really like their wellness program and have had more success in finding good customer service and good massages here compared to other places Ive tried with wellness programs.

Absolutely love TJ and the crew here. They are always professional and ready to help or reschedule an appointment.

Carol did an amazing job!! I didnt at all feel rushed or uncomfortable. She actually listened to what I told her in our consultation and I had 2 firsts: this is the first deep tissue massage I have had without being sore to the touch the next day and the first time since being in an accident in March of 2017 that I havent had right hip pain!!! I will be sending my fiance to see Carol very soon!!! Thank you Carol...you are AMAZING!!!

I just had my first deep tissue/ sports massage here with Nik. Didnt feel rushed at all, the environment was extremely relaxing, & the staff was very professional. I will definitely be returning routinely! I came in with a lot of tension in my upper back related to a desk job and weight training, he was very informative and made sure to focus on where Id explained I was having issues.

I was relaxed a few minutes after walking in the door. The atmosphere is fantastic! The massage therapist listened to my needs and focused on what I needed.

Chuck performed 2 hours of absolute bliss!!! Best 2 hours of my 2020 year this far!!
