My first ever lip fillers was done in Miami and they were horrible.. and too over filled. And I was so embarrassed about them that I looked for someone near me too dissolve them most spa in Florence don’t want to do it for u if u didn’t get the procedure done there. But they accepted me the very next day and the place was so clean, and relaxing. The staff was so super friendly to all of their clients and everyone there seem to be smiling and welcoming. The doctor was so patient with me and friendly and I loved his personality. He made me feel comfortable and was honest and open analogy everything. I loved it.. I will definitely be going back.

I went to Genesis for weight loss, well they are not a weight loss center. Please if you are overweight do not waste your time nor money. You are going to be very disappointed in the results. I am 260lbs and I only lost 3lbs after my procedure and 3 inches which on a big person is unnoticeable. $8000.00 down the drain and they wanted $2000. more to go back in and try again. What? Yes this is sculping your body to the shape you want but they should make it clear that is not for weight loss. Instead of just taking your money. I believe that the procedure will work for small size people but not for plus size people. The staff in nice, the doctor is also, but the way they provide service is unprofessional. I undress in the office mangers office and the only measured me once in 4 months. They just took pictures every month. I didnt see much change at all. I am very sad and disappointed in my results after losing so much money! Thanks for nothing Genesis

I had a chin lipo and it was a waste of money . My double Chin got worse. A real big disappointment. And when I got up off the bed the first thing him and the nurse said Don’t expect to see results no time soon red flag . I wish I could get my money bk . I’m going somewhere where I know I will see the results.

Love atmosphere and staff. Tammy gives the best massages ever. I literally couldn’t move one day at all and text her at 6:30PM and she got me in the very next day and gave me so much relief I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Her techniques are like any other massage I have ever received before.

Tammy gives the best myofascial release massage! It’s a therapeutic deep tissue massage. We used essential oils ( I brought my own massage oil) to support the release. I have greater range of motion in my neck than I’ve had in weeks! Thank you, Tammy! I’m eager for my next appointment!!As for the facility: it is beautiful and there is a spa atmosphere as soon as you enter. The water feature in the lobby is worth arriving a bit early for. Enjoy some serenity before your appointment!

I received excellent service during my massage by Tammy on 02/07. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The massage table was comfortable and the oil defuser added the perfect touch of relaxation. Tammy listened to what I was wanting and made sure to focus on what I needed. I travel for work so massages are helpful after long plane rides. I will definitely be back to see her the next time I am in town.

My daughter and I went for massages. It was a clean and tranquil setting, friendly staff and had awesome massages. We will definitely go back.

I came in for a consult for fillers on May 27th. Dr. ODell was kind enough to proceed with my fillers the same day, even though I know it was an inconvenience. I got Juvederm and Volbella fillers around my lips and chin and I cant believe how much better I feel about my face! I had gotten to a place where I didnt want people to look at me anymore but now I feel confident again. I think I look the age I actually feel now and I couldnt be happier with my results or Dr. ODell. If you have ever considered doing this for yourself, DO IT!

I suffer from acne. I had my first isolaz treatment 1/27/2020.. I didnt see any change that day, but when I woke up the next morning my bumps had almost disappeared. Even my acne scars were smaller. I cried that morning (tears of joy). Im grateful!

I recently had the J plasma treatment for loose skin around my stomach and arms. I highly recommend this treatment for any area where you are experiencing loose skin. I will post before and after pictures soon!

I was a regular ustomwr for more than 5 years using their spa and light cosmetic services. I also bought all of my make up from there. I went in one day to purchase make up from the counter after calling ahead to have it waiting on me. I took my 3 year old daughter in and was immediately asked to leave because they didnt allow children. The receptionist was loud and rude and there were several people on the waiting area. I was horrified. She wouldnt let up and kept asking me to leave. When we left my daughter asked me why that lady didnt like her. Needless to say I never went back. They lost a loyal customer.

It was my first time doing any type of cosmetic enhancements. Dr. ODell and Miss Mary were wonderful. I had a free consultation and every type of injectables were discussed and the prices. They hid nothing from me and were so honest and patient. I got Botox in my forehead, crows feet and frown line. Dr. Dell first talked to me to verify exactly where I needed the Botox. He examined my facial features while I was talking to him. He was so genuine and caring that I knew I had his undivided attention and he truly cared for me and concerns and my appearance. The injections stung a bit but were bearable. By the time I got home my crows feet were flown away. The next morning my forehead lines were almost gone. I was told that within 4 days I should see results and if I need more tweaking I can come back for free. My frown line is almost gone too. It is only 2 days out. My husband says I look happier and younger. Dr. ODell is a wonderful doctor and person. I am so thankful for him and recommend him to everyone who is considering any cosmetic enhancements to see Dr. ODell first before any surgery.

Horrible. They do not give you proper instruction. They dont tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about your procedure. Their prices are ridiculous. Most of the staff is very friendly. Mary is very rude and will find any excuse not to help you.

Higher than California prices and service is bad. No peoples skills and they always give u different prices. No a place to trust!You have been warned!

I had Smart Lipo done by Dr Odell. He is a nice person but I had horrible experience with Smart Lipo. My first time I was feeling pain during procedure. Day after procedure I called Dr around 8am saying I can not seem to use bathroom and might be having UTI. Dr assured that can not be possible and called in prescription for muscle relaxer etc. Suffering through all day multiple calls to Dr, I ended up going to ER 1am for almost ruptured bladder. I was having side effect of urine retention with one of the pain meds. I had to wear cathetar for 3 days. 4 months later, results were not nearly good so Mary suggested to go second round as most patients have to do Lipo second time for discount price. I told Dr I want to make sure I dont feel pain during procedure and dont end up in ER again. He said he will give me different paint medicine. During procedure (second time) I remember complaining to him multiple times Im really hurting. He said to his nurse give her half zanax. I did not have anxiety issue, I was feeling REAL PAIN. I kept telling me, you wont remember any of this. I felt so helpless and remember wiping my tears during procedure. I spoke with Dr next day, did you give me any pain medicine. He said, he gave pain meds to my husband for post op. I asked did you give me any pain medicine before or during procedure especially when I was complaining? He said no since I had reaction last time. My issue is if I told Dr I had pain during first procedure, during second procedure he gives me NO pain medicine? So, now after spending close to $12,000, almost ruptured bladder, pain during 2 surgeries, I DO NOT recommend this center for Lipo.

I get botox for TMJ disorder from Genesis. Very satisfied with my results.
