Doctor is great but the support staff is not. On hold for 20 minutes to try to cancel an appointment. The lady never cared or came back to the line. Doctor gets a 5 but the staff brings the whole experience down to a 2.

Great Doctor. He can write a book and train others on bed-side manner. Very knowledge and professional. He takes his time with you and explains everything concerning your condition and care. Yes, you may have to wait to see him BUT he is well worthing for. His staff is kind and helpful.

First rate medical care. All questions answered. Never rushes patients through like they are cattle.Sometimes you have to wait a while in his office. That is almost always because he has been held up at the hospital. It is impossible for him to know how many patients he will have to see at the hospital, and he will not abbreviate the time he spends with those patients. When you do see him, in the office or in the hospital, you have his full attention, and he spends as much time as your problem needs. Id rather wait for that than be rushed through just so that he could stay on schedule in the office. We are lucky to have the likes of Dr. Holden.

Not concerned for whats best for patient more worried about another appointment

I have seen Dr. Edsel a few times now. I found him, as well as his office staff and nurses, very friendly and professional. The waiting time was not overly long, and Dr Edsel spent time with me easing my fears and helping me to understand what was involved in my medical condition. He communicated well with my primary care doctor. His prescribed treatment has worked well for me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a pulmonary evaluation.

Waited 3 hours to see him, seems like all he is interested in is your money. Poor communication skills. You have to go to hospital for an X-ray. Never seen a lung doctor not having an X-ray machine. The girls that work there are very nice.

Dr. Holden may be a good doctor, but his communication skills are sorely lacking. While in the hospital for several days, he came by 2 times and charged my insurance over $1,000. for less than 12 minutes total room tiime. My follow up visit at his office was scheduled for 1:30 and he finally came in at 2:58. I would never go back. PITIFUL

Front office staff was apathetic concerning a scheduling error on their part. My mother is very ill, Dr. Holden assurred her he would help her in 2 weeks after 1 more test. We went back and he acted as though he had never said that to her. I was very disappointed in his lack of treatment. We have since been referred elsewhere by her family physician. Empathy by everyone in healthcare goes a long way!
