Dr Ross is available when needed whether in town or out of town. I have needed his assistance with prescriptions several times when traveling and reached him by phone very easily. Within a matter of minutes problem was solved Office visits are very professional and thorough yet I never feel rushed. And his support staff is very helpful and very personable. I totally feel that I am in very competent medical hands.

I have never experienced a more professional experience than this place. They take the time needed and your questions are answered and they will find the solution to your problem. The people in this office are definitely an asset to your program. I am so thankful for being a member of this practice. I have not been able to attend meetings that have been offered, but look forward to attending the seminars in the future.

I was going to a Dr. that I liked very much but he didnt have hospital privileges and split his practice with another doctor I wasnt familiar with. With MDVIP I feel confident that if I have a problem after hours or on a holiday weekend I can receive assistance. Once I called Dr Ross when I accidentally took my mother in laws medicines. He answered his phone from a fishing boat in North Carolina! I was and am still amazed with that one.
