We receive Respite Care for my father. It does not matter who is sent to assist my father, they are always professional, courteous and loving toward him, as well as with my mom who is not their patient. Thank you Comfort Keepers!

Comfort keepers is great for any family member in need. I highly recommend this company. The staff is wonderful and will be there for you every step of the way , and the caregivers are amazing .

The staff at this establishment are very professional and exhibited a great amount of caring and support for not only their patients, but also their coworkers. Alex did amazingly well and was very thorough during the interview process and was sure to explain anything that was not comprehended the first time. The classes taught by Flynn and Denise were thoroughly taught as well and interactive. The information provided by each individual was presented in a manner of easy understanding.

Orientation was great! The staff are so nice and friendly and all are very welcoming. I am very excited to work for this company.

The experience that I had at comfort keepers was not good from day one when I Apply for the job. I was asked to come in for an interview but when I got there being there for an hour I was looked over. One of the Receptionist had to tell them that I was here and i was here longer then before. Someone else interview me but because I was working some where else they figure I wasn’t right for the job. I left and the next day Alex called and ask me if I wanted the job and I told her that they was unprofessional and how you going to ask me to quit a job and you have not offer me a job. Alex went on to say I’m offering you the job over the phone and could I come in and sign some paperwork. I meet with her and sign paperwork and she gave me my dates for orientation. I went to Orientation for two days and at the end while I was sitting and waiting for my schedule one of the guys told me that I can leave I ask him are you sure he say didn’t you say you have some where to go I ask him what about my badge he said when they called me with my schedule and my first day of work it will be in the office. That night I received a called from Alex and she said I’m calling you to tell you that we don’t need you and I ask her why she said a couple of our employees don’t feel like I was a fit for the job and they heard me talking I ask her what happen she said something happen during orientation and I ask her what happen she said I can’t say I said how you going to call me and say it was something I did at orientation but you can’t say what it is that’s dealing with me and she hung up the phone. I felt like that was unprofessional a waste of time how you going to call someone and can’t say what they done. They are some very sweet ppl at comfort keepers but the ones I had to deal with with the lies was not cool. I’m so disappointed at the staff I had to deal with.

The orientation was great!!! Ms. Bebe explained everything to us that we needed to know and got to hands on demonstration. She watched us and correct us on what we did wrong.

I would send anybody to Comfort Keepers Alex whom taught the first class did an excellent job along with Flen whom taught the second class and BB and Melissa who taught the 3rd class. Overall training was great and if I could do it all again I would.

I don’t know how we could have managed without comfort Keepers when my mom was hospitalized and needed someone to sit with her. They immediately sent the coordinator to the hospital to meet with me and within two hours had someone there.Their sitters are very well trained and I don’t think my mother would have lived if it had not been for the excellent care she received by her sitters . I really thought this company was different. The recruiter Jo Ann Ross has a heart for people. She encouraged us to keep pushing, show love, and remember we are all getting older and may need a caregiver. I left out of orientation excited, ready to work, shine my light. After being there for 2 weeks, was talked down to, treated like nothing and terminated for No Call No Show, which was a lie. I was called and told I wasn’t needed for the shift because my client was in the hospital. I went in the next day and that’s how I found out. The owner just cares about money. The only person that showed any of the company Core Values were Jo Ann

We have used their service for several years now for in home care of our mother, now 98 years old, and are quite satisfied with the service they have provided. Problems are rare and are taken care of efficiently and courteously. We have no problem recommending -at the highest level - this company and their employees for long term care of loved ones. To be clear, if we ever have need for this type of service again they will be our first call.

My 3 siblings and I have been extremely grateful to be able to keep our elderly mom in her own home after a severe illness and sharp decline in her health. She desperately wanted to remain in her own home and not disrupt our lives; Comfort Keepers was the perfect solution for all of us. We can have peace of mind knowing all her needs are met 24/7 by the Comfort Keepers staff, and still pop in and out for durations and events that fit each of our schedules. It gives us the freedom to not disrupt our normal lives, and be able to still travel, with no worries concerning Mom’s care.Communication has been great with all of the staff. I am able to call or text administrative staff with questions or concerns and always get a return call or text. They are especially great about letting us know if there is any change in a schedule, so there is no surprise if we go to Mom’s and a different caregiver, other than the one that was on the schedule, is there. The online portal is very helpful with all of that scheduling; we’re always able to log on and see what staff is working which days, and even see notes that they log in each shift, so we’ll know what transpired on each shift. They also keep a detailed log at her home, so we can always look back to see what she ate, if she had an appointments, any particular aches andpains, etc. Comfort Keepers seems to have every detail mapped out, and is super helpful explaining it all. B.B. is particularly wonderful about regularly popping in at Mom’s and making certain all is going according to plan. And, she is SO receptive to any concerns and always promptly addresses those concerns in a positive, take charge manner.Of course, Comfort Keepers could not exist without the hands on care my mother receives daily from her caregivers. We’ve been extremely pleased with their compassion and willingness to meet all of Mom’s needs, and to be flexible to our needs and personal preferences concerning Mom’s care, as well. Administrative staff is great about receiving our feedback on their caregivers and passing on any concerns, (and praises) to them. They ALL care, and that makes a tremendous impact on our peace of mind and heart! The old adage is so true...”If Mama ain’t happy...no one is happy!” Our dear Mama is happy, so that makes us very happy.
