Weve been with Tri-City since they bought out our previous agency, so about 4 years. In that time, theyve provided incorrect names and addresses to our covering insurance companies who wouldnt change it either since the agency sent it over that way. It took nearly two years to get them changed and multiple submissions of proof of legal name. They miskeyed payment information that resulted in a policy lapse and could have cost us a lot more money had I not stayed on top of things and contacted the insurance provider myself. They are lazy in their response time and completely lacking in professionalism. The only reason weve stayed thus long is we have yet to find an agency close to us that offers our primary insurance provider and dont want our rates to get jacked up (again) because of a new agent.

We have been customers of Tri City for over 15 years, I can not say enough about the outstanding service I’ve received. I recommend them to anyone looking for an agent. In a recent claim they went above and beyond to help us get a resolution.

I have had the best service and comparison pricing from Tri City Insurance for years. Every one will take the time to explain the differences in the different insurances that you may need to be covered for problems that arise. Alyssa will call to advise if there is a potential price increases and may need to switch companies. Since they have several companies they are always watching your wallet for you and which companies will be able to serve you the best.
