My first experience with Hans was two years ago when he helped my sister. I highly recommend Crescent Insurance for those needing some guidance navigating the Medicare waters. We were moving my in-laws from out-of-state to this area and so needed to get them new Medicare insurance without the benefit of having gone through the process for ourselves. Hans Engelhardt is very knowledgeable and explains things in a straightforward manner, and Lisa Kloeker is very helpful with the process of signing up. I believe Hans is licensed in something like 17 states (including IN, KY, and OH locally) and so can potentially help even if you have parents or in-laws that are out of town. And you dont pay a fee for any of this.

My wife had a procedure done at St. Elizabeth Hospital as an outpatient.The procedure was supposed to cost only $ 275.00 according to insurance coverage. St. Elizabeth charged us $ 275 - 15% if we paid at the door. So we did and so far so good. But we got another bill for$ 391.00 from St. Elizabeth a couple of weeks later. We didnt think this was right but we paid it, when we discussed this payment with Hans and Lisa at Crescent Health Insurance and they told us the the procedure should only cost us $ 275.00, period. It is stated in insurance policy.Hans and Lisa asked us to send all the bill and they will fight for us.So we sent all the bills. By George, Lisa and Hans fought for us and got our money $ 391.00 back. St. Elizabeth sent us a check. They did a great job for us and we appreciate them very much. I always wonder about St. Elizabeth bills that we get. St. Elizabeth billing doesnt seemed to be right a lot of times. When we pay at the door, I dont think St. Elizabeth sends a claim in to insurance company. But anyway Thanks to Lisa and Hans they made it right for us. Great and terrific job batting fur us.I cant say enough about their professionalism.Thank you guys!!!!

Lisa/this office is UNBELIVABLY FABULOUS! I had a problem with SS sending me a dropped notice, (in error). Called in the afternoon, got an appointment to see her the next morning - she got on the phone & sorted it out plus got me signed back up with insurance, after I was dropped by my previous co, due to SSs mistake, all in less than 90 minutes! The Crescent Team knew exactly what to do to take care of me - extremely knowledgeable.
