I go see my kids there and this place dont even have trash bags or anything you ask they dont have anything. For an agency not having supplies like really get it together instead of asking the custodian use funds to buys actual things for that office.

My husband I just finished all of our trainings and are currently awaiting placement! Destinee was the absolute best. She was always available for all of my question ( I asked A LOT)!! We can not wait to get started!! Thank you Benchmark for welcoming us into the family!

Im so disappointed in this company. They cant keep staff and the ones that are there are lost. Go to another agency. RUN!

Benchmark is a great agency. If you’ve ever thought about fostering do not hesitate to call! They completely work around your schedule at your convenience. Everything is offered in house so you don’t have to schedule anywhere else! The best of the best!

The office is full of the most loving staff and families that do everything they can to make sure that the children in their care live normal fulfilled lives. Professional and helpful staff,considerate of privacy and feelings. On site therapists and case workers.Frequently remodeling and modernizing the offices. Huge stockpile of hygiene products and clothing/shoes for the children.

The Florence Benchmark Family Services is such a wonderful agency. I truly love being able to work for such dedicated staff and foster parents who are making a difference daily with the children in their care.
