I have liked all of the providers; however, the Florence site has had no success at retaining a doctor for more thank a few months. When a provider leaves, the patient is not notified and does not know about the departure until an appointment is attempted. My biggest irritation is the lack of communication. The Florence facility is very nice. Getting an appointment is not extremely difficult, once you maneuver through the automated answering service.

I met with Jacob Northrup and the session was very meaningful helpful as far as sharing information regarding diabetic care. He was very attentive and listening to my situation and giving me advice on different questions that I had in mind regarding cost of medicines etc. and I felt he will be great to work with. Also the reception staff were very welcoming, courteous and prompt in checking me in and as I left the office.

I had a great first experience at Sun Life Family Health Center. The staff was welcoming and fast.

I cancelled this appointment a week in advance. I dont know why you are asking for a review of a cancelled appointment!One of the reasons for the cancellation was the mask requirement and that I wouldnt be able to have my wife attend the appointment with me. My wife and I go to our appointments together so we will be able to help one another. The mask requirement is ridiculous for fully vaccinated people and our vaccinations were received from Sun lIfe and so are fully documented in our records.I think someone at Sun life needs to realize these things.

I have talked to a few different people about getting Susan to prescribe an Anti-inflammatory (Omepeazole 40 mg) to the pharmacy right there at sunlife and they keep saying theyre going to and it still hasnt happened thats the only complaint I have.

They are great. Most accommodating. Recently I got my appointment day messed up. And they managed to get me in the very next week. And were friendly thru the whole ordeal. My hat is off to them.

I wish I could give a negative 5 stars. I will never forget - 3 days after burying my mother the so called ladies treated me like a dealer, I am a grandmother who works VERY hard legally. It still bothers me 6 years later. Do not go here

I called at 8:30 in the morning and they were able to get me in for 9:00 a.m. appointments everyone was very courteous no wait time which was fabulous nurse practitioner Susan did a wonderful job

My daughter said, They should have had a doctor to cover for her so I could have gotten my meds filled. I needed to be tested for covid. I really like Paula.

If there was a zero star on this I would pick zero stars, this place is absolutely HORRIBLE, customer service is garbage. If you call a business with a question and they say “I can give you a call back with an answer that NOBODY has given me”You better call that person back and explain that you don’t have the answer. I’d rather go to Urgent Care and spend more money than to deal with this Sun Life garbage BS.

Finally got a decent np. All the other reviews are accurate. It does seem like patients are are burden.. I waited over an hour for labs in an empty building.

Kind and professional

My husband and I brought our kids here and the first visit, they (terrible office worker “Terri”) misspelled both kids names and then after she said it was fixed, she printed the wrong name and address for one of the kids to have his blood drawn. I got promises of her faxing the lab request to the lab with the correct information and that did not happen.Second visit had to fix the names AGAIN with “Terri”. The doctor prescribed medication and sent to Walgreens to be picked up the next morning (Saturday when the office is closed). Guess what, no prescription was sent. Called the casa grande office because this office wasn’t open on Saturday and there WERE NO NOTES AT ALL ABOUT THE MEDICATION. So had to call on Monday and “Terri” confirmed there were no notes - ok can you fix it and send the script to Walgreens santan. Was told yes to find out it was sent to Tucson instead.Called back about the mixup and was very angry (not using profanity but very angry) and “Terri” said she’d hang up if my husband didn’t calm down.The office staff and the doctor are INCOMPETENT and we’ll be taking our kids to an office with doctors and staff that can actually do their jobs.

So far they have been courteous and efficient. They let me know about my latest results from last time. The receptionist are friendly and go out of your way to help you.

Always helpful and pleasant

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldnt put anything less. As a medical office, the staff should know the laws regarding service animals...especially when wearing a vest that is clearly marked. Our service dog, Sadie, has been with us to this office every time weve been, however today we were told that no dogs were allowed! Never have we been treated in such a rude manner by ANY other office or business. We liked Dr. Churchill but because of the ignorance of the staff we will be going elsewhere. After all, if they arent knowledgeable about something like this, what else dont they know? Im not going to take that chance with my sisters health especially when there are so many other offices to choose from.

Use to be good when Dr. Bence was there, but the place as gone to hell in a hand basket. They never call you to let you know what your results are and say they will do things and they never get done. They are so unorganized its pathetic. Had xrays taken of my right foot and it has been over a week and no call from anyone to let me know what the results are, so I had to call them and now the receptionist said she will leave a note. Wow, and that is just one example of many.

Never coming back here again. When Rosemary was there she came in and saw me quickly, tried to figure out the situation, found a solution and was out of there in no time. I had an appointment with Churchill at 9:30 a.m and went back at around 9:45. Sat there for almost an hour with no doctor coming in to see me. I have a messed up shoulder and a bump on my head causing extreme headaches, and I couldnt get them checked to make sure its not something worse than what it is. This place is a joke, if you really need to be checked out, dont come here, because the help that you seek, you wont find.

Ever since Dr. Bence retired this place joke. Today was the last straw. In June I had my annual physical, other than lab work it didnt seem to consist of much else, plus made me come back for a second appointment before she would write my prescriptions. The NP I saw wouldnt renew my maintenance drug prescriptions for more than 6 months. Sent the two prescriptions to two different pharmacies and one prescription only set a 90 day supply with no refill. After calling Sun Life to explain the problem, Im told the NP doesnt work there anymore and I have to make an appointment to see someone else. After making that appointment I receive a call saying the second person doesnt work there anymore and they reschedule me with someone else. Showed up for that appointment this morning and Im told I dont have an appointment. Will never set foot in a Sun Life Family Health Facility again.

This office is a disgrace. They treat the patients like were a burden. I was sick with a fever and they wouldnt give me an appointment. I had to go to the ER to be treated. They take on so many new patients and they dont accommodate established patients. They are all about money and not at all about the patient care. Very unethical.

Literally the worst Drs office I have ever been to. Hold times are 10 minutes each of the three times they will put you on hold if you call. Fnps and PAs change so often that no one knows you. The Phlebotomy side is amazing, everything else is so sub par, it’s worth driving somewhere else.

This place is by far the most incompetent group of so called health providers I have ever had to deal with. Dr. Bence was my Doctor for more than 20 years. You could always depend on him and his staff to treat you with professionalisum and respect. Then he sold his practice to this group of incompetent money grabbers. Thank God Dr. Bence was still there for a while or they prabably would not found that I have Cancer. Now in the middle of getting a new Doctor Sunlife cant even get a prescription refilled correctly. Trust me when I tell you its worth an extra drive to go to another provider. I am a retired Police office. I have dealt with many health care providers during my 30 year law enforcement career and by far this place is the worst.

Worst sun life ever!! My husband was there from 245pm with an apt for 3pm. He didn’t get called back until 455pm and the nurse practitioner didn’t come in until 615pm!!!! The staff in the front were beyond rude! While asking a question, the lady in the front was more worried about “beer-thirty” (which after a long day I get that but still it’s not professional) as well as saying “I hate people”. The other lady in the back who came to the front was wearing a light pink shirt that was see through enough to see her black bra and, who I watched, intentionally hung up the phone on a patient who was waiting on hold which according to the office staff lady “she can call back I don’t have time for stupid people today”! That was all said and done while I was at the front desk paying for my husbands co-pay while he was still in the back waiting to be seen!!!!I just cannot believe how rude the entire staff is and the fact that My husband endured the longestmost ridiculous wait just to get a script filled! My husband who is the most patient and understanding man even said his experience was horrible and The staff was rude! We do NOT recommend this sun life to anyone!!!! We ended up leaving at 640pm, damn near a 4 hour dr experience from hell just for BP meds which didn’t happen!

They actually close at 7pm and not 5pm
