Took my granddaughter there on Saturday September 4th. Doctor didnt have time to even take care of her. He was so worried about going home. I wouldnt take my dog to Dr. Smith. We had to take her back to of course to a different place. She had croup and an ear infection. Thank God we got a doctor that cared. After a steroid shot my granddaughter was 10 times better.

Well I just took my daughter here Monday (8-30-21) to get tested for COVID and they accepted my insurance (State Health Plan) and all I paid was a co-pay. Well I come back on 9-1-21 to get myself tested and there’s a different lady behind the counter and claims that insurance won’t cover it and it’ll be right at $80 for the test. I guess they can’t make there mind up from one day to the next or each person that works behind the counter gets to make their own rules. I have come to this place for years but I will never come back after that experience. Very very disappointed.

Had a migraine headache and the doctor tried to give me toradol and I cant take that because it has NSAIDS in and he said no it didnt I got up and left 🙃

The lady at the reception area name Cindy E. Was very rude and not courteous at all. She made me and my son feel not welcome in there.

Dr. Morgan should seek a new profession. My wife brought our son after being bit by fire ants. His foot was extremely swollen and red with white streaks. We had been giving Benadryl for 24 hours and was clearly getting worse. His suggestion was to keep giving Benadryl took our money and ran. Left there and went to Doctors Care and he immediately said cellulitis. We pretty much already knew this because my wife has had cellulitis for insect bites numerous times. Don’t waste your time with this quack!

Its an unorganized disaster from start to finish. Dont waste your time here. Just consult your Physician and thank me later

PROS: The nurse was friendly. Seemed concerned about my urgent care issue.CONS: Took over TWO HOURS to be seen by the doctor. It was not busy! The doctor came in for 30 seconds and left. Asked one question related to my injury and that was it. Never looked at my eyes, nose, ears, lungs, you know the usual. He just said heres an antibiotic and left. Could you blame him? He was the only doctor working in the urgent care!What type of urgent care has ONE doctor? Especially MCLEOD? yeah I wont be going here again and I highly suggest anyone else who is considering, looks elsewhere.

Loved this place til today, Felt like a case of DISCRIMINATION, (She looked up at him and looked at screen like she was looking for a reason to turn him away), Husband went to have heel checked been in pain finally got him to go then got turned away, he has BCBS and hes got Medicare and he got turned away because of a bill from 2016 buttttt we were just in there in April and got seen with no problem. Very Disappointed in this place at the moment. Everyone is usually caring but not today.

I had to get a TB skin test for my school. This process is a 2 step process, so for the first step I decided to get it done here. They put the fluid underneath my skin on a Tuesday and then on Thursday they read it. The cost of it was $29. So for 2nd step which is the same process I decided to go to hometown urgent care located in Hartsville because I needed a physical done and McLeod Urgent Care wouldn’t do the physical. So I got the Hartsville one to do the 2nd step because it was $20 here. Again on got it on Tuesday, I called to see if the McLeod urgent care would read it for me so I don’t have to go back to Hartsville and they want to charge me $20 for a 3 minute reading. I don’t even go into a room they literally just pull you to the side and rub your arm up and down to feel for any bumps. Their test costs $29 but they wanna charge $20 just because I didn’t get it done with them. I understand they have to make some money but not that much for a reading.

I went to urgent Care because my doctors office was unable to see my son. He was not well, but Dr. Dickenson and nurse Kim were excellent.The way they advocated for the care of myself and my son was impeccable. Absolutely one of the best experiences Ive ever had. They left no stone unturned. Provided the intervention he needed, and allayed my fears. So grateful! They made me feel that they were there just for me and my son.

Every time I’ve been here they have been quick and thorough with their medical service. Every staff member has been kind and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.

I was waited on by Ernestine and Shada. My workup was done by Laura, and Dr. Elizabeth Dickinson saw me. Everyone was very nice, attentive, and friendly. In addition to that I was please with the way the doctor sat and talked with me. She was very informative. My whole experience was very nice especially when I wasnt feeling well. I will come back when in need of urgent care. Just wanted to put my positive experience on record.

I had wicked swimmers ear so I went into this urgent care. By the time I sat down to fill out some papers, they were already calling my name! They were super fast and efficient. Dr. Skinner and the friendly nurses fixed it in NO time! Sweet relief! Thank you guys so much!

Terrible service!!! Went for a sudden, unexplainable pain in my fort and knee. When I arrive, a nurse is training and she and her trainer are more interested in her training than me sitting there in pain. They literally ignore me and get snippy with their questions.I finally get a room with the doctor who acts like I’m lying! He literally asks, “What do you think it is? Did you sleep on it wrong? Did you fall?” I tell them no for the fifth time. If I’d fallen, I’d have said so! He then process to say, “Well, I don’t see anything obvious if you didn’t fall. What are you thinkin it is? Do you think it’s gout? I mean I can test if you want, but that will take a few days.”I eventually just leave, still in pain. Then, as I’m leaving, the trainee and the other lady print the wrong papers and have to start all over again. It is a complete disaster there. I didn’t know I had to show up with a diagnosis for myself!! So, my insurance is now paying for horrible service.

You thought I would have learned how bad this place was...but I gave it another chance.I went in with redness, rash and soreness thay appeared in my leg after being sick and visiting my Dr last week. Dr Frasier seemed more concerned about the swelling to both my lower legs, which I told him more than once isnt new for me and my doctors aware. He talked about following up with an ultrasound check for blood clots. Then said that as a nurse I probably have access, referring to the equipment for a venous ultrsound. It seemed very unprofessional....and no I cant just use a machine worth thousands of dollars whenever I like....it doesnt work like that. No lab tests were done and nothing done in reference to the back and pelvic pain I was experiencing. He wrote for 2 days of steroids. Im pretty sure the rash could be shingles....and that wasnt even mentioned. I know the place isnt supposed to replace a normal doctors office....but they could do more than vitals and talking to you. I feel like they are probably missing important diagnoses. I also feel they should be more professional. I refuse to give them any more money.

I love this place Im always in and out. Those tht complain of waiting long is because they did not see the wait time sign. And also theyre impatient. Ive been taking my kids here for 10 years and no one has ever been rude to me!!!

I recommend this urgent care. EVERYtime I have went here myself or taken my Son, the staff has been 100% professional and caring!

Not impressed, went in for an ear infection and waited in a room for over an hour before the doc came in. The place wasnt even that busy. I will find another one to go to next time.

I had to take my son to this location last night as i had once before. This time was odd. They were the most curt almost unprofessionial group in heathcare i have seen in a bit. They ask a question seemingly to get to the root of the problem, but were cutting off your answers all at the same time. Two different staff members handling the same patient each asking different questions and one processing samples for strep throat and flu while the other is asking HIM questions all at the same time. The doctor acted as if he was working a drive through window. Barely able to complete a sentence. Poor service on this visit, very poor disppointing service.

Everyone was very nice. In and out less than an hour.

Front desk staff, rude with no personality, should not be in customer service area. The music that they have on loud speakers , make you sicker than you were when you entered, Drs just ok!! Only here because o couldn’t get an quick appt anywhere else.
