Service tech checked temperature drop, compressor discharge and suction pressures, starter capacitor, and thoroughly cleaned out a very filthy condenser coil. Awesome experience with Dan coming out to our house this morning!We previously had another company come out when our AC stopped blowing cold air, the guy from the other company basically said he didn’t know what the problem was, took our money for a service call, and left.The next day we got a direct mailer from Bryant and decided to give them a shot, and I’m so glad we did! Dan was super professional and personable. He was able to diagnose the issue and give us options. Unfortunately it looks like we might have to replace the whole system soon, but he was able to provide a temporary fix while we figure out our next steps. We just bought our house and were totally unprepared to need to replace this system, but I’m thankful Dan was able to figure out how to get our house cooling again until we decide what to do next.

A/C went out yesterday. Bryant was here and repaired the problem in less than 24 hours. Dan identified the issue with the fan and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. I’m beyond pleased with his courtesy and professionalism.

We called Bryant for a system check after a particularly cold week. The technician was prompt and courteous, and explained the situation with the furnace and our home. The unit was eight years old and was very inefficient for the square-footage of the house. This made it difficult for the unit to heat or cool the entire home, which we felt in out Master Bedroom and bath which were on the far end of the house. He then gave us the information on our options for a new unit. After looking at the units, hearing the differences and the logic behind them, we went for the best unit we could afford, being a variable speed blower and we couldnt be happier. The second story bedroom, which was hot in the summer and cold in the winter, is now a constant, comfortable temperature. And our Master Bedroom and Bath are VERY comfortable. We even got rid of the comforter!We are extremely glad we made this choice, for the company and the equipment, and would recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling without hesitation!

Bryant had a very quick response to our initial call for service. After a new furnace was needed the purchase process again very quick and easy. Installation of our new unit took place the next day. The only negative of our experience was installation of the flue pipe. A training issue that was identified and corrected. Unfortunately it meant a second night without heat.

My old furnace was making strange noises. There was brown in the flue outside. I didnt trust the last company I called so I called Bryant. Mr. Bemmes explained what the problem was so that I could understand it. The furnace needed to be replaced. He was able to arrange financing right away for me to get a new furnace.. Anthony and Dylan came out the next day and installed it.. They were very helpful at showing me how it works. They left my basement clean. The furnace works great and is quiet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I came home one evening and my house was much chillier than I normally keep it. Turns out my gas furnace wasn’t lighting. One call to Bryant Heating and Cooling and an hour later I had a technician at my door and I didn’t even get charged a “emergency” fee. The price for having the technician come out was $60. Can’t beat the service and same day appointment for that price.

Very Professional, explained the issue I had to me in a way that I could understand and was on time.

My wife & had a general conversation with the technician about what our expectations were prior to him servicing the system. He proceeded to the basement & began servicing the system. After he completed the service he came upstairs & talked with my wife and I about what he had done. We asked questions & he answered them to our satisfaction. However he failed to mention that he had drilled into the duct work without informing us. We were both upstairs & available for the transfer of information. The other thing we discovered after he left was that his service vehicle had leaked oil in our driveway. We took pictures of the area where my wife attempted to clean the oil from the driveway. Or home was built only four years ago and still virtually new. Only my wife and I live at the residence. I don’t think any of this was intentional but it all could have been avoided by parking his vehicle on the street & informing us that he needed to drill holes in the duct work to service the system.

Can’t get better people! Bailey was prompt, friendly, and effective in resolving problems. He took time to explain my thermostat program and was patient with me as I asked too many questions:). I highly recommend Bryant!

I was in the market for a new HVAC system for my home. I did the usual and called around to get quotes from different companies. From the beginning Bryant set itself apart from all the others. Bob came out and spent over an hour answering my questions and giving me all of my options. After making my decision to go with Bryant, I called Bob up and he started the whole process. Let me pick my day to install and answered any other questions I had left. Install day and Jordan was the first to arrive. He jumped right in getting the area prepped and disassembled right way. Then the team showed up (maybe it was a small army) and they were professional and courteous. They knew exactly what they needed to do and worked hard to get my new system setup in a single day. They left their work area probably cleaner then it was when they started and exceeded all my expectations. I have had a more than a few vendors come to my home to complete work but I have to say Bryant and specifically Bob set the gold standard for service and professionalism. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will definitely use them in the future.

I was very disappointed with service provided. They were not thorough, and came up with one piece that they said would cost the same about to replace as the yearly package that they were offering. I called another company to come out and check over the furnace, and they were very thorough. They found the furnace is tripping out on a high limit. Fan Capacitor Rated: 7.5mfd (+-6%) Fan Capacitor Tested: 5.0mfd (weak) Blower motor is leaking oil and the bearings are loose. These are both signs that the motor is failing and needs replaced. Blower wheel is extremely dirty, this is causing stress on the motor and causing it to fail. Heat exchanger has a large crack. Heat exchanger has failed. This other company even took the time to take video of the issues for me. They answered every question I had and backed it with solid information. I have a furnace that is overheating, and all that the Bryants Technician could come up with was that the capacitor needed replacement. Really? I will not recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling to anyone.

I was always loyal to a local competitor. Due to recent changes in the company a few years ago and significant decline in service and quality technicians, I decided to give Bryant a try! Mark was excellent and did a very thorough job cleaning my heating unit and advising me of things that are getting close to life expectancy. I love that he was not pushy and advise I could probably get 1 to 2 more years out of a part, but may need to replace after that. Since moving to Cincinnati I have been using Bryant Heating and Cooling. I just had a complete new HVAC system installed as the old system was 17 years old and needed to be upgraded. The suggestions about the new system were explained and all of my questions were answered in a very professional. manner. The installers did a great job and explained the operation and care of the new system. The cost was very reasonable for the improved SEER rating and long warranty that was offered. They are great to work with what you need and do not pressure you into a system that is not what you need. I guess the honesty really comes through. Please let them talk to you when you are considering a new system. Its always good to get a second opinion.

Guys were great even thou they had to come out 3 times get get under house to fix a small problem first ones missed. Jon did a great job. Do have a problem with my vent work thought I was getting new vent work for the price I was paying Didn’t even get new part above heater. I received the unfortunate news recently that my a/c unit had sprung a leak in the main coil. Although I wasnt expecting to replace my unit so soon after purchasing my home, I had to deal with it. It was nearly 30 years old, and its time had come.The furnace was just as old and on its last leg.When I called Bryant that Saturday morning I was only expecting to have some Freon placed in my system to hold me over for another year, I was told to expect a technician between the hours of 10a-2p. He called before 9a, and was at my house 45 minutes early! When given the bad news...I decided to bite the bullet and get both the a/c and furnace replaced. Joseph, the technician, told me the install crew would be at my house shortly, and they were. I had my new units installed before 5p that same day! The install crew treated my home with respect, and they left their job site clean as a whistle.I am really impressed with the speed and reliability of Bryant. I will be a customer for life! It is nice knowing that I can call them 24/7, and someone will be there before too long. Thank you, Bryant, for all your great service!

Wonderful and professional experience. Our AC went out being a 15+ year old unit and needed a whole new system. They had someone come out and survey that day (Friday) and by Monday we had a whole new HVAC system. From customer service, to the estimator, and finally the workers on site that day we were blown away by their professionalism and care for our family. We also appreciated that they had financing available, considering the cost of a new unit.

Our furnace went out this past winter and wed had Bryant out the previous summer for our air conditioning (they sold us a new unit), so we called them.When they sold the air conditioner they couldnt stop talking about how great the electronic control panel would be and how convenient it would be to use the app to control the temperature (from bed, while we were away from home etc). Ours has never worked. Weve had the wall device replaced twice with no luck.The last time a tech came out(for the furnace) , he tried for over an hour to get the app to connect with no luck. Most of that was condescendingly reading me the instructional manual as if I hadnt thought of that. Doesnt help that the manual refers to a defunct app, so a little work is already required to get around outdated literature. The last time they spoke to us about it they said they couldnt waste any more time on it (though they enthusiastically sold it to us) and suggested we call the manufacturer.So back to the furnace. In the dead of winter we had no heat. Techs came out three times before they could give a diagnosis (we paid for each visit). The final diagnosis was a recommendation that we buy a new furnace. They quoted us almost $1000 for one part that they said they might be able to get, though they couldnt tell us when, which they blamed on our furnace being so old.We called another company who came out once, diagnosed the issue, delivered the necessary part same day and had us up and running for much less money. And when he heard about all our troubles with the app, he looked absolutely appalled that any company would just give up and tell us to call the manufacturer,which was gratifying.Long story short, the techs are mostly friendly but the answer is ALWAYS a new unit and until everything is working 100% dont let them leave.
