I have been bringing my dog Charlie here for the last few years to get his nails trimmed. They are the only ones that can get it done- Charlie HATES having his nails trimmed. It gives me comfort as his owner to know there is a reliable and professional team down the street that I can bring him to. Thank you everyone at Klassy K-9!

My family has been taking our 10 pets to klassy k9 for years!! Marcia & Tracey are always the best! They always go out of the way to make sure your pet is taken care of! My 20 year old blind dog had a hard time being groomed, and they took time with him and made sure to give him breaks, and still managed to get him looking great every time! Tracey is so kind to drive from Florence to Walton, to help out my grandpa with his 5 dogs. Overall, I definitely recommend klassy k9! They do not disappoint.

Great place! We did puppy training with Robyn and she was very knowledgeable in trying to get our new puppy to listen. I saw a big difference in the way our dog acted when the course was over. Would definitely recommend.

Mediocre. I took my dogs there this morning for a bath plus nail file, was greeted & welcomed then came later to pick them up and the person that was there who greeted me was no longer in site. The workers attitude were all very nonchalant and rude. I understand being overwhelmed or having a bad day however I’m a first time client and their effort to give a good impression on a potential new client was disappointing. I know they don’t use much fragrance on them but there are products that are pet friendly that are a indication the the dogs were bathed thoroughly. My dogs don’t have the dog smell they had before but they also don’t smell like they were scrubbed and thoroughly washed. The place smells exactly like a dog grooming salon that doesn’t air out their building. Cheap decoration and the furniture for guests to sit had mud on it so I couldn’t sit down as I was waiting for someone to ring me up. I went in wanting this place to impress me and continued to be understanding however after I brought my dogs home and thought about the experience, I’m disappointed.

If you love your dog DO NOT go to Klassy K-9 in Florence. We had a 12:00 appointment for a bath/grooming. 4 hours and 15 min. later, I was told it was going to be another hour. I asked what they HAD DONE.....a bath. Really!? My poor boy was exhausted, thirsty, and had to go potty SO bad! They wanted me to come back tomorrow at 9 to finish up for free. Um, no thank you. They didnt know what dog he was when I asked about him by name. I had to ask for his collar and leash to take him home....which they responded, is it this one? It was our first grooming experience, and it might have been our last.

My large dog was prescribed a shampoo that required it to be on for 15 min prior to rinsing. I had no desire to try and control him for 15 min. ( he is a 70 lbs puppy) The ladies at Klassy K-9 were so understanding and got him in same day! He came out smelling and looking great! I highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I got our boys bathed and groomed here. The staff are friendly, professional and great with dogs. They have different scents, and even medicated shampoo for dry skin which one of our boys needed. Typically it takes about 2 hrs for a bath and groom, and for both of our boys was around $105. For baths only it is cheaper.

Great training. Training is adjusted for your dog as needed. Trainer is courteous and professional. The trainer gives you the knowledge to effectively train your dog!

Samantha is super. She does a great job and communicates with us about Daisy. Daisy can be difficult. She makes it easy.

This has got to be one of the best groomers around!! Sydney absolutely loves Brittany and she takes such good care of baby, I couldnt ask for anything better. I take Sydney there faithfully every 6 weeks and he gets his normal pampering and shave along with his colored mohawk. Love Klassy K-9, they are by far the BEST!!!!!

Tracy has groomed Boaz for 6 years and always does a great job. They are good at social distancing also. They also offer doggie daycare and dog training. Very, very reasonable prices!

I took both my pups here on Monday bc our normal groomer was booked months out. I had taken them here 1 time before with no issues. My smaller dog weighing 5 pounds was injured while at this groomer. I was never told he was hurt. When we called we were told the person who groomed our dog was the manager and she said our dog was matted (which he was not) but looking at bad reviews it seems this is an excuse they use often. After sending a picture of our dog we didn’t hear back, no apology, no reason, nothing. I hope I can post a picture on here. My poor baby has cuts and BRUISES on his private. He has a vet appointment scheduled as well.

It is so hard to find a good groomer for my Great Pyrenees and these guys definitely dont disappoint. They make both him and my Pitbull smell and look amazing for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

I have two fur babies a maltese and a dachshund they both get groomed byTracie and she is amazing. She gives my dogs kisses and and they love her. The people there are very friendly and love their fur babies. I highly recommend anyone in the shop to take care of your fur babies

Klassy K-9 is awesome!!! We did puppy training with Robyn and we couldnt be happier. It was amazing to see how much our dog could learn and how quickly. And Robyn is great! She took the time to explain the methodology to us which really helped us to understand our dogs behavior and how to work with it. We also took our dog to puppy daycare there and he loved it. I highly recommend Klassy K-9.

Staff is professional and kind. The quality of work is excellent. My dog loves going, I never have any problems out of her when it`s time for a trip to the groomer.

Just a wonderful grooming salon. The owner and staff are amazing. The staff genuinely care about the dogs and their well being. I was truly touched when the owner went out of her way to groom and care for my 14 year old feisty ( that’s putting it mildly) bichon. The staff also was incredibly patient with my anxious seven year old Shih tzu - I highly recommend the grooming salon! My dogs look beautiful 🥰

This place is under new owners and they are amazing. Very attentive owners and the staff is wonderful. My boys came out with huge grins on their faces. I never heard any unusual noises, everyone was kind and treated my dogs like family. Highly recommend going here. And they have some awesome extras like holly berry shampoo, they literally smell like bubble bath, and blueberry facials which were getting next time. So pamper your babies.

I had requested that my dog not be shaved and they did it anyway. They also cut her whiskers. It was aggravating and disappointing to see what they had done. This was the second time this had happened. I will never go back. The cut doesn’t even look likeIt was done by a professional.

This place is a hidden gem. Great people, quality grooming. You can not go wrong.

Dog came home limping. I took her to the vet, and he said it was a pulled muscle from what looked like tugging at the leg. They never mentioned struggling with her or that she fought anything.

I had heard that the trainer at Klassy K-9 had help with behavior issues that other local trainers were not able to. They were so right. It is like I have a different dog. Then I found out how good their daycare and grooming are. I couldnt be happier. Great place.

Klassy K9 does a wonderful job grooming our Old English Sheepdog, and they are so reasonable. We have recently enrolled our puppy in training classes with Robyn. We took our Maltipoo last week for a shave. They did an amazing job, were done well before the time they stated, are less expensive than any place weve been, and are the nicest ladies! Were already looking forward to taking our little guy on a regular basis! 🐶

I started coming here Bc I seen how my sisters dogs were groomed and the price was a little cheaper than Petsmart. I brought my same dog back after being under new ownership and asked for clean face (very low shave) ears to be shorter, short body and fluffy tail, well the only thing right is the fluffy tail. The body was all choppy, long hair patches left everywhere, face not clean, I’m not sure why this happened, but I’m not giving it another chance to find out. I will return to Petsmart. They are also overwhelmed, too many dogs and not enough ppl to work and do the dogs, makes me feel like my dog was rushed through.

Nice and quick service

Looking for a new place to groom my dog. I had an appointment at 12:00, they said it would take 3-4 hours to groom her which I thought was a long time for a 13lb dog. I never got a call that she was ready so I went to pick her up at 5:30 and they said she was not done yet and still had 20-30 minutes left. Since they got new owners we’ve never had a good experience.
