A lady named Maggie was as nice to my father as anyone in any kind of doctors office has ever been. It was really appreciated. She is really good at what she does. She has a human touch to go along with her medically trained touch.

My visit to Carolinas Dermatology was very pleasant. I arrived early to complete paperwork for a new patient only to find the paperwork was completed digitally via iPad. Once the paperwork was completed, I was called early and Dr. Roberts was very nice. I left the appointment before it was to scheduled to begin. I was also told I would be billed after insurance was filed. I appreciated that. It was a great experience for me. I recommend them.

The receptionists were very friendly and thrilled that I had taken the time to complete the online patient data sheets. Completing the online data sheets makes the wait-time shorter. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room or the examining room before Dr. Burch came in. Her assistant was very friendly, Dr. Burch addressed my dermatology concerns immediately and I was on my way. I will most definitely recommend this practice to a friend.

Dr Noah Kahn is a great doctor very knowledgeable and concerned, all the staff are very professional and respectful of each patient.

They ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. So thats exactly what I did. Got there checked in and they put in the waiting room. 5 minutes later I was called to go to the examination room. In less than five minutes I was talking about my condition. 10 minutes later Im checking out. Everyone was friendly, professional and they ask me questions about how my condition,not just here take this. I would recommended this office to anyone.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office for doing laser on your face for ROSACEA!Jonathan was very heavy handed rushed through procedure and had absolutely no recommendations when asked for after care once finished!NEITHER did the nurse I spoke to twice before my laser appointment!!All I was told by the nurse was to keep vaseline on my face and ice it....NO OTHER ADVICE like if I could wash my face or what to use if I could!I had to see a doctor and a medical aesthetician at a completely different place to get advice and help for my extremely painful, red and irritated skin 7 days after my procedure at Carolina Dermatology!With some advice and great lotion from the Medical Aesthetician on how to care for my face after laser treatment, it is feeling and looking much better!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CAROLINA DERMATOLOGY for anything!!!

The capability of the doctors and care given has never been a concern. I did not think that I saw any evidence that exam rooms were disinfected between patients. For a visit that includes exposing your body to the environment, only having a thin sheet of paper between you and the previous patients is uncomfortable during the Covid-19 pandemic.
