Great team of doctors! Super efficient and helpful!

My 3 year old daughter was seen at the Myrtle Beach location, but I have been speaking and dealing with the billing and insurance employees at the Florence location. I have called about three to four times and they are beyond polite and professional. I would love to be seen at their office, but the Myrtle Beach one is just closer and more convenient for us. This review is based the customer service I received from speaking on the phone with several of their employees at the Florence location. I am not as pleased with the customer service at the Myrtle Beach location.

I had the worst experience with this office. I had gone in for a consultation for allergy shots and had some test run. One of the nurses let me know that I could start my shot that day and we could see what my insurance would cover before continuing. When my bill came in the mail it was for over $800.00 and they had ordered all of my shots without my permission. When I called to discuss the matter the women I spoke to was very rude and blamed me for not knowing how insurance worked, when I had told them I wanted to see what my insurance company covered before continuing or ordering any shots.Terrible customer service and even worse they still expect me to pay for this!!!!

Terrible customer service. Dr did not even take the time to answer my questions. Will not go back! AVOID at all cost. All they want is your $.

Dr. Imbeau and his staff are so friendly and can help any age patient with their allergy or sinus problems!

Dr. Imbeau is THE professional in the Florence area to see for Asthma and Sinus conditions. He also writes a mean op ed for the Morning News!
