The staff is amazing, so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Got me in quick for my cleaning appointment. They make you feel so relaxed and at ease. Got next appointment scheduled right away after my visit. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Although I have not personally experienced the greatness of Mall Road Dental Center I know someone who has. They did a lovely job on her brand new smile. She highly recommends this center for dental work. If I lived in the area I would definitely get my work done with them. All of their patients seem to be very happy with their results.

The business owner of this nail group had work done here and said that dropping good reviews will enter them in a raffle. she’s free to do as she pleases however, i just don’t think it’s entirely fair when none of these girls have seen the work in person

This is the greatest dental center. The staff are amazing and the work is great. I has a hard time smiling for years until I went to them. They made a plan with me to fix my teeth. Now I am a social butterfly, smiling my new bright white smile in every picture. Thanks you guys, your the best.

I had a wisdom tooth that had to be extracted. Dr. Sadrinia was very professional and helpful. He managed to remove the tooth painlessly and the price was also good. I hope I wont have to visit a dentist soon, but if I have, I would go to this place again.

I haven’t personally been to Mall Road Dental Center but have seen photos and they have done an amazing job on the smiles I see. When dentist can give someone their smile back, they deserve 5 stars. Kudos!

I had a toothache over the weekend and couldnt wait until Monday. I called and left a message. Within 30 min I received a text asking the nature of my problem. I explained and Dr. Kulkarni called in a prescription to hold me over until Monday morning.The staff met me with empathy and sincerity. They were all helpful and reassuring. I really appreciate their care and dedication that seems to have taken a back seat in this carnal world. The bottom line is caring for one another, and they exemplify that character trait. I highly recommend their services with a smile, now that I am on the road to recovery. Dont let your dental health wait!!

Dr. Sadrinia is a very good dentist. He worked thoroughly on my rotten teeth and I have had no more problem with them. Id recommend him highly to other people who need dental services.

I had been to a few dentist before coming to see Dr. K, most seemed too high on price and only worried about the money side, and not so much about their patients. Dr. K and staff were the exact opposite! I needed a root canal and some other work but my insurance isn’t the best, Britney worked out a plan with me that fit my budget and we started work that day! I was in pain when I arrived and stressing about my teeth, when I left I was stress free and in no pain! Dr. K’s assistant we’re very helpful, and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable…

I called the emergency line to try and get in to see someone after not being able to at several competitors. Dr. Jay told me to come on in at 2pm.I get to the office and all of their computers went down.Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make me feel at ease.I was having pain from a broken tooth and was feeling a little frustrated with my luck. Then Dr. Shraddha kulkarni said she would look at my tooth anyway to see if she could help today at all without x-rays. She plucked the piece out and had me come back in the morning to the mall road office. I cannot stress enough how helpful this was. She could have just sent me home til the next day but took the time to help me. I will be a back to see her again and would recommend her and her staff to anyone.I have been very apprehensive in the past to see dentists because of a bad past experience. This one has definitely changed my mind. Thank you to everyone at Crestview hills and mall road offices.

Always so helpful and professional. They saw me quickly when I recently broke a tooth and the repair was seamless and relatively easy (it is still a trip to the dentist after all!). The dentist explained everything as she worked and the assistants were as skilled and friendly.

I was seen on the same day as I had an infected tooth which needed to be extracted, Dr Shraddha Kulkani was excellent and very competent her assistants Cari and Sheri were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. It was a very overall good experience! Definitely recommend! Almost forgot, Happy Birthday to the Office Manager !!

I was in horrible pain for 2 weeks, Dr. Shraddah did a great job! The experience was quick and painless. Sheri did an excellent job prepping and provided good conversation to take my mind off of what was happening. Brittany was super helpful with insurance and billing. Can’t recommend them enough, definitely will be back.

Great experience. My daughter had a root canal performed by another Dr. and we were not told that a filling was required until the root canal was done and that Dr. did not do fillings. My daughter needed to go back to collage the next morning.I contacted Mall Road Dental Center and explained my situation. They were so accommodating and helpful. They got my daughter in quickly and took care of the filling.This is a wonderful place to go. My daughter told me that everyone involved with her care were considerate and caring.Strongly recommend Mall Road Dental Center.
