I was referred to L&C Psychological Services through St. E Behavioral Health for ADHD diagnostic testing. I met with Dr. Kirk Little over a month ago. I felt validated and heard, but I took two tests over a month ago, followed up several times, and still do not have my results. I was told I would have them the same week. Frustrated is an understatement especially after being charged in full for two appointments. I don’t even know if the invoices were sent to my insurance provider so I can be reimbursed according to my coverage. Communication and follow up are seriously lacking here. I recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for answers and advice.

L & C Psycological services is a professional, compassionate group of doctors who provide diagnosis, education and therapy to all of those whom they serve. My personal experience has been life-changing.

They are terrible they will scam you out of your money i cannot stress enough NOT TO GO. They didnt give a receipt upon request and charged me before insurance and didnt disclose the amount before hand. Doctors are good but there buisness is terrible.

As a fellow professional, I find everyone here to be kind and professional. I often refer friends and clients here for their own personal services as well.

I called in to check on the process for a teen in distress and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and her tone was very condesending. When I told her I didnt have my insurance card available, my husband had it at work, she snarked well you can call back when you have that information. I said so if I scheduled an appointment would my kid be seen today and she rudely replied um no as I said before she would be 2-3 weeks out. I then said to her she was being completely rude to me and patronizing, as I didnt know the process and just had questions. I couldnt even get that sentence out before she hung up on me!!! Terrible customer service and for this kind of resource is truly a shame. Some of us parents are already struggling with our child and just looking for the right path of resources to getting their child help!!!!!

The L+C Psychological Services has great friendly people that are willing to help people. They are helpful with any question that a customer may have about the services they may pervade. The friendly staff members make people feel at home with the warm smile.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My daughter was seeing one of their therapists and she quit to open her own practice. She was amazing. They decided to transfer my daughter to Dr.Wise which my daughter dosent want to see and are refusing to schedule her with another therapist at the practice.

I LOVED this place for my son. He was experiencing some anxiety issues and Dr. Havron was AMAZING! She really helped him get a handle on it and he has improved 100%!!!

I would happily recommend this practice to anyone seeking therapy. Clinical and administrative staff have been nothing but friendly and knowledgeable to me.

When I first came to Little Psychological, I wasnt sure want to except. I have come to like coming to Little Psychotherapy Services. My psychologist is a great person to work with and has helped me a lot.I am always greet by the office staff in a friendly and courtesy way. Little Psychotherapy Services has been so good for me that I have recommended to other people.

I am very unsure why anyone would 1 Star this place. I’ve never had a bad experience.Debra is who I go to see and I couldn’t recommend her enough.I’m self pay, and I never mind paying to go here. For over 2 years now, I’ve always enjoyed my visits and my time with the staff and Debra are nothing short of excellent.

Extremely poor.We had to call to make an apt. Waited for 2 wks for approval from that office. When we called again to find out why it is taking 2 weeks for them to contact us the receptionist stated that they had the wrong number for us.So, apt. now made. They have all our information, email phone etc. Come to go to the apt which was a month out and had to call the office since they were in a complex.Woman who answers the phone said we should have received an email that he had a family emergency and he had to fly to NY.She did not make an attempt to reschedule with us nor would we.This office has to be loosing business because they are so disorganized and do not communicate well at all. I am sure that their testing services might be addressed similarly.Did I meet Mr. LIttle in question? NO, cannot get through his staff.Might want to re-evaluate that. My son took a day off from his job in order to get this testing done and was completely blown off.No good reviews from me.Will look for another office that offers the same testing.
