Ive gone to doctors and chiropractors and physical therapist before but never have I had all of them together in the same building. It was like the right hand finally knew what the left hand was doing and they were able to cooperate to actually address my lower back pain to create holistic healing. Ive always thought that my pain was either muscular or skeletal or nerves. But now having gone here Im able to understand that all these systems are interconnected and working together so intricately that you cant just address one of them to find a solution. You must address all of them together to really make good progress, which I believe I finally have!Not to mention I always look forward to my appointment because everyone in the building is so kind and friendly and personable. You dont walk in and just sit in a waiting room until your name gets called. They all play their part and helping you get better and each person there truly cares about seeing each patient getting better. Its not often that I would say that my doctor appointment visits are something I would call joyful. I would recommend the Physical Medicine and Wellness Center to anyone.

I have had the best experience here. I went to a chiropractor for a almost a year prior to my treatment at the Physical Medicine & Wellness Center. The integrated therapies and services have helped me so much more. I wish I had known about them prior. Staff is also top notch. 10/10 recommended.

This place is life changing! I am able to walk up stairs again and stretch in ways I thought I would never stretch again! The Dr.’s, nurses and technicians and all other employees here are very friendly and they actually care about you and your pain! I came to the Wellness Center after hearing about the all around care my boyfriend was receiving there. I came with severe pain in my left knee when going up stairs, constant pain in right hip and intermittent lower back pain.After one month of treatment I have noticed a big improvement. I am able to walk up stairs without pain and the pain in all areas has decreased.The care and dedication of the staff makes every visit pleasant. The tools I have been shown will continue to help me improve my wellbeing.I highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with pain.

I have been going to this office since the end of March. When I came in I was waking up in pain in my lower back among other problems. I would like to share my experience at Physical Medicine & Wellness Center that started 3 months ago. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed, Amanda greeted me with a friendly smile and asked how she could help. I meet with someone from each area that day and they all have the attitude of we are here to help get you fixed. My first true workout visit I meet Kristen and she very good at her job, she makes sure you understand the equipment you are using. She also makes sure you you move around the room and get your time on all the equipment including seeing the chiropractor. When you move to physical therapy you are introduced to JAY, she is awesome. She will assure that you are doing the exercises correct so you get the full affect and you dont make yourself worse. The entire staff is awesome and truly are there to help you get better. If have problems give Physical Medicine & Wellness Center a Call because they can help.

I had an unfortunate run in with a certain companys truck as I was walking and injured.i started comin to this office and cant not tell you how much they have helped me with my pain without any medications that im used to like in the past.i had a headache for 3 weeks straight after I was struck and through the care I have reviewed from them I have went a whole month without a headache, I can look up more now which dont seem like a big deal but when u rused to it and then u cant without pain then you jnderstand, and I have suffered with arthritis and stuff before but this injury messed me up badly and I never thought I could get through it and gave so much improvement without pain mecicine...but its possible and I recommend anyone having chripractic problems come get taken care of by these amazing staff and caring and personalized care plan u start yo feel like a family.

My knees and body were all out of wack and now im getting adjusted, doing physical medicine and core strengthening and i finally feel like im getting the correct help i need instead of just another pill!Now my whole family comes here and we are all getting better! Before my accident in mid-November 2020, I had no idea this place existed. This group of doctors and specialists is definitely a hidden gem of Northern Kentucky! Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. At my first visit, they took a very detailed history of my condition and came up with a comprehensive plan to improve my quality of life. They take the time to listen to my questions/concerns and seem to genuinely care about getting me better. I still have good days and bad days, but I am confident and hopeful that I will get back to pre-accident status (or better), just like they say. Thank you, Physical Medicine & Wellness team! 🥰

I was in a horrible car accident and was barely able to move and in so much pain when I started going to nky physical medicine and wellness, now I am able to move freely with very little pain. Im so grateful to have found this place. The staff are all very nice and my overall experience has been great.

I was referred to Dr. Dammel by a trusted medical source. He is extremely knowledgeable and a subject-matter-expert on Chiropractic Care. He completely understands pain and has the ability to quickly identify and explain any pain that you are enduring. After my first visit, I felt better and I am indebted to the physical Medicine & Wellness center for all they have done for me. The whole experience has been amazing since I walked through the front door. The staff members are professional, caring and love to help out at all times, going over and beyond! I went to see Dr. Dammel a little over 4 weeks ago complaining of back, knee, and shoulder pain. I had been to other places and got no relief. But here, I fnally felt understood and heard. After just 4 weeks of regular appointments, my back and shoulder pain have greatly diminished. And my knees are slowly starting to feel relief as well. Everyone in the office is so nice! Not only do they help you while you are in the office, but they also give you tips on how to continue the work at home. I highly recommend for anyone in pain to come see them!

I highly recommend the wellness center if you are experiencing any type of pain. Not only are they able to get you back to functioning properly for daily life but they also fix the root of the issue and teach you how to keep it from coming back. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are all welcoming, informative, and kind people!!! Patients are always engaged, never sitting and waiting endlessly (former chiropractor --- wait 45 minutes to 1 hr and 15 minutes, get a quick adjustment, then he would scold us for not coming in more often --- our time is valuable also!). At Wellness Center, very good results with adjustments, injections, stretches, exercises, etc. Great overall wellness program.

I wasn’t sure whether I needed a chiropractor or physical therapy for a hip issue- I chose these guys because they have both plus a nurse practitioner! So far so good. Getting better is not a quick fix I know. The people are very friendly, the place is easy to get to and set up well. Already have and will continue to recommend them!

I used to have to lay trapped in bed every morning due to pain, since coming to the wellness center I can now easily get into bed and get back out. Walking has become much easier. Im 81 years old and feeling 60 again! Thank you guys!

Some of the people that work there are absolutely fantastic, but the owners are not. They get 5star reviews by offering tickets for every 5star review to get put into drawings for gift cards, TVs, etc. This is false advertising. The owners are ALL about making money more than they care about caring for their patients. The owners are Scientologist, which is perfectly fine (freedom of religion) BUT they make their employees go to huge trainings based around the books in Scientology. I would not recommend this specific office.

Previous Chiropractors had just asked me to keep coming back for adjustments and the pain in my back never really left. The staff here worked with me to create a plan to solve my back pain, monitor progress and preventative steps to keep it from returning. I can lie down and sleep now without my back constantly tightening up or waking me up. Wonderful people.

I highly recommend this place for treatment. I came in about a month and a half ago with major pain in my lower back and now I hardly have any pain at all! Every single one of the staff members are absolutely amazing and couldn’t be nicer! If your having any discomfort don’t hesitate to stop in they will find a way to help you get your quality of life back!

I got help from Dr. Dammel back in 2018. His adjustments were excellent, one could say perfect because I would feel a 100% better after. Now I returned because I injured myself at work and my last doctor told me to get physical therapy but I know and have seen people improve from Dr. Dammel’s rehab therapy in the office so I know coming here is the right decision.Since 2018 he has a whole new set of staff and everyone I worked with was really good at their job and friendly. I highly recommend coming here and checking it out for yourself if you need help with pain

I would highly recommend this place to anyone experiencing joint pain anywhere in their bodies. The staff there are very helpful, friendly, and professional. They work very hard to help alleviate your pain without resorting to surgery.

Really recommend this place since it has a multidiscipline approach to treatment. There is pain management, chiropractic, OT/PT. They will take xrays to see where the problem spots are and ask questions about your goals. Insurance coves most of the bill, however, the therapy equipment like TENS unit may not be. Be willing to take the effort to keep a good quality of life and you will not be disappointed!

I came here to get help on my right elbow. This place is wonderful. Their purpose is finding the cause, not just treating the symptoms. The staff is really genuinely nice, asking how you’ve been between sessions. It’s amazing how much better I feel after I’ve had a therapy session! I definitely recommend this place if you’re having issues with your back, neck, elbow, etc.

Amazing treatment and even better staff. When I started going to physical medicine and wellness of nky I couldnt sit for more than 10 minutes at a time because of my lower back pain. I find the Physical Medicine and Wellness center to be a wonderful and caring facility, they have been working with me since May 20, 2019 and because of them I feel that I’m starting to show improvement over the past few weeks. I had knee surgery back in February of this year and I’m was still having problems healing and I was told that I should have a knee replacement, but I heard about the stem cell therapy through a friend and I wanted to try this first to see if I could get relief and stronger and it is also less invasive and so far I’m very pleased about my choice. Everyone here really works close together and they seem to only want the best for their patients m.

After an emergency room visit and admission to the hospital but no answers, I came to the wellness center and they helped me when I felt out of options. I’ve been struggling with pain for 4 years. It’s just gotten worse over the last 2 years. Went to ortho and they wanted to do bilateral knee replacements & possibly hip replacements in near future. I’m only 52 & I just couldn’t see myself going this path. On Facebook I saw an add for Physical Medicine & Wellness & stem cell injections so I made an appointment. Canceled my ortho appointments and cortisone injections and am so glad I did. The employees here are excellent, doctors excellent. I have a long road to go but I’m making great improvements on the daily. I’m so happy I chose them, they’re changing my life and I appreciate them greatly.

I came here with a constant neck pain lower back pain and a migraine headache and thanks to them cause My pain is almost gone, but I have only couple weeks of appointment. The whole staff were supper nice and helpfulThanks to them.

I have had issues with my lower back and tailbone (L5/S1) and lack of mobility and spasms in my neck for years. When I found physical medicine and wellness I had honestly felt a little uncertain that any doctor was ever going to help make me feel any better. Most doctors just want to put you on pills or throw their hands up and say they dont know whats wrong. Since I have been here I have begun to feel more positive about my treatment plan. Everyone here is always in a positive compassionate mood and I feel comfortable coming here. My back is better than it has been in yrs. My neck though still has some minor kinks (literally) that we have to fix but I feel confident that they can get me where I need to be .

This place is WONDERFUL!!! I came to them starting in fall of 2015 to address chronic neck issues that I had dealt with for 10+ years. The staff is incredible and so helpful and friendly. What’s more, I was able, after all those years, to get relief from the neck and shoulder pain!! They gave me a personal set of stretches and exercised I could do to assist in my recovery, which definitely helped. And my favorite part was the massages! Rachel was great!

I highly recommend this group of professionals. I am currently going through all natural gel injections on my knees. Also I come for physical therapy and stretches on a regular basis. Most of my friends have gone through knee, hip and shoulder replacements. Not me! I prefer to go the natural route. Ive been going to Physical Medicine & Wellness for the past couple of months as part of my recovery from an auto accident. The staff here are wonderful! Everyone knows my name even though I forget some of theirs :). They make you feel like family. Overall my injuries have improved almost 100%! The holistic care that they provide cant be beat. Theres physical therapy, massage therapy (awesome massage therapist!), as well as some cutting edge technology being used in the office.I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for great well rounded care to come to Physical Medince & Wellness.

I am so grateful for this place and it’s staff. I have degenerating discs and arthritis in my neck and back and was having terrible nerve pain in my hand when I became a patient over a year ago. My husband had been told he needed both knees replaced by his orthopedic surgeon. We heard about the Wellness Center, and decided to give it one more try before scheduling surgery. He had taken knee injections at the orthopedic office for 2 years without much relief. The Wellness Center started with numbing shots for a few weeks, then started giving Supartz injections. His knees are feeling better after 4 shots in each knee. He has one more in each knee to go and it is suppose to last a year. So far so good, he was able to walk in the park last week, and he has not done that for years! Thanks to all the helpful people at the Wellness Center.

As a patient who has been in chiropractic therapy since 1998, I was thrilled to finally find an office where my care was handled by an integrated team of chiropractors, massage therapists, a nurse practitioner, a neurologist, rehab specialists and an awesome administrative team. This office really cares about treating you so that you can get well. A combination of massage therapy, trigger point injections, chiropractic adjustments and exercises that are easy enough to be done at home have truly enabled me to finally get the maximum benefit from my chiropractic care. The staff is sensitive to your needs and always checks in with you to see how you are responding and if they can do something more. I am so grateful to Dr. Dammel, Dr. Taylor, Dr. Wagner, Becky, Stephanie, Rachel, Carissa and the entire staff for the personal touch they extend to all their patients. Youd be hard pressed to find a complete medical team such as this any where else in Northern Kentucky!

The people here are excellent at what they do I’ve been in pain since 2006 after seven visits I feel like superman! They have some of the best Equipment and well trained staff I’ve ever seen thank you to everybody there I appreciate everything you have done for myself and everybody around me!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff but its all to suck you in for their scam. I went in with horrible back and muscular pain thinking I could find some relief. They did the exam and took X-rays and had me come back the following day to start treatment. I asked before I left about my insurance coverage and that was when she said that my treatment plan would be finalized for my appointment tomorrow and thats when it would be discussed. Okay. So I got back the following day ready to get relief from the awful pain I am in. I was shown my X-rays and given explanations to their findings. Okay. Then came the treatment plan and financial aspect. They insisted I get 20 shots into my problem areas along with the chiropractic care (the shots totaled 1400$!!) I asked if I really needed the shots and their response was yes-we developed this plan for what will benefit you the most. Wrong! My partner and I agreeed that this was not what I had come there for so I took my business and needs elsewhere. Same day I found a chiropractor who was highly recommended that did his own exams and told me that I in fact do not need injections just to do the alignments for my back. Do not fall for it! Im so thankful I chose to get a second opinion before paying a total of $1,900 for a lot of unnecessary treatment.
