The shelter atmosphere really depends on the residents if we all pitch in with chores and respect each other with no drama it’s pretty descent we are served breakfast and dinner everyday and we are given lunches to take with us while we job search during the day that is the main goal is to obtain employment and get in a place to stay for those who get a check they allow u to save money my only complaint is waking up at 5am I’m not a morning person... I feel if chores are done at night there really should be no reason to wake up so early we leave at 7 so 6 should be a good time? The employees are great for the most part but no one is perfect I do wish they called for medication on the intercom but I usually try to do that during smoke time.

I have not been to salvation army I ride naacog bus we sat there for 25 minutes or longer

Salvation Army is great to help people so please do not get offended or take offense to what Im about to say... I think they should have some type of Homeless Shelter in place for Married Couples because right now, all they have is a separation and I dont know about anyone else, but I WILL NOT SLEEP AWAY FROM MY HUSBAND! I WILL SLEEP ON THE ROAD BEFORE I WOULD SLEEP AWAY FROM HIM! Also, there should be something like Hotel Vouchers or Something that they can give to Homeless people; at least for a week or two just to give them a safe place to sleep and a warm shower to get dressed up to look for a job and be productive.

One of the best organization Ive come across!!...took my family in, and made us feel at home!!...from the moment we walked in!!...I cant thank you enough for allowing us to be apart of the program!!... And for helping us in our time of need!!!...

We were staying there. Mrs Jenny Krebs told us we had 2 weeks to get out and when we mentioned it to the captains, she lied about saying it. Mrs Charlotte is only nice when she wants to be, very rude. We had to find some where to go and dont have long to stay there till were out.... They did inspection every monday and if it isnt hospital spottless they get ill. They have parking forthe residents but yet steal the residents parking. Jenny Krebs will smart off to you if you park where she wants to park even if you been parking therere the whole time. Mrs Charlotte says she will help you by calling to get financial help with utility bill to help you move but never gets back with you about it before you do move. Mrs Rose was a lot nicer and a lot better than Mrs Charlotte. The captains are nice to you when you first get there then they start getting irritated when you been there a little lover than expected. Not like were struggling. Not like we dont need help. There not struggling. They dont care. All in all...... Its a horrible place!

About as unprofessional, unhelpful and uncaring as a place can be. Even though the facility was only half full I was told I couldnt stay there, I even offered to pay $10 a night like most other facilities do, still turned away. Rose Rhodes was more willing to have me arrested than she was willing to help me get on my feet.This facility should be shut down until a new staff can be brought in.I came here for help and instead, lost my job and ended up with an arrest record for Trespassing in the 1st even though I was specifically invited by Rose Rhodes to come there to speak to Sue Dorman about residency.

Its ok but there is to much Damn Drama there and the atmosphere is like being in jail
