Recently moved here from PA. People are really nice and helpful. They have events ceramics woodworking exercise room laundromat and more all on the premises

We moved here 6 mos. ago and I like it here. The pool is now open to guests. Previously was open to residents only. Activities are now open but may be limited to # of people(?). I have not been in any of the activity buildings. Everything was closed when we moved here due to Covid. I need to get a tour of resident activities available. Nice people.

Have enjoyed living here for almost 28 years. U own your property. Does have an HOA.

Nice huge park where you purchase and own lot. Unfortunately, prices high right now. 😟

I have lived in this community for three years. HOA fees are very low, and you own the lot as well as the home.

Our new house is just about home. We have been moving in all last week and with the help of a cleaning lady today were almost in. Its been a real job but beginning to feel like home. Ment some of our neighbors and everyone is glad to have new neighbors. Think well fit in real well.

After touring some other mobile home parks in the Pinal County area, I was quite pleased with this one.

My grandparents have lived here 20+ years and are both in poor health.The HOA is strict about homeowners keeping landscaping up to par. Which I agree and understand. The park wouldnt grant a one time approval to dump branches in the very empty open trash down the street.They previously just approved one resident but will not approve my grandparents one time of dumping JUST branches. Im ashamed at the way our elders are treated.I wouldnt recommend Florence Gardens to anyone.

This is a 55+ community with a nice clubhouse, and a 9 hole executive golf course. The value for the dollar is excellent and the residents for the most part are very friendly

My husband and I have lived here for almost four years and enjoy the park very much , it is very quiet with no loud parties, kids making a lot of noise or dogs barking for long periods of time. Great place to ride bikes , walk , enjoy swimming, lap swimming or relaxing in two very clean hot tubs. Recreation room , patio bbqs , card room , exercise room and much more. Great place to live !

I have a friend that lives there. It is nicely kept. They have a small club house. Members play cards bingo etc. Great neighbors. They look out for each other.

A well laid out facility. Friendly residents. Executive 9 hole golf course on site. Location is fairly remote. However, basic necessities are nearby.

Snowbird alley come for the sun stay for the fun. These snowbirds like to party then go home at 7pm. They are some funny birds.

Stop at the Real Estate Office, at the front gate. They are great with directions, maps and information about the community!

Went to a wine tasting event, had a wonderful time. Fantastic people!

Weve live here 26 years and still love it. An over 55 yr park with pristine hot tubs and swimming pools (one a lap pool) all kinds of activities throughout the year.

Nice, clean, super friendly, quiet. Love it here!

Clubhouse is very nice, very friendly, plenty of parking, library, pool, pool tables, laundry, all units are well kept. Also golf course 9 holes and public is welcome

At first I thought this would be a good place to live, but neighbors are allowed to party & make noices so loud that it could be heard several properties away & the HOA does nothing about.If you try to call someone at the HOA, you get someone who doesnt know how to talk to someone that is upset & they make the person calling get more upset. I think they need to have someone who knows how to talk to people that are upset, because not everyone is trained to do that & its obvious that they dont have anyone who can talk to people without making matters worse.

I love it here in the winter.
