Can someone please answer the phone. It just rings and rings. If you could leave a message it would be helpful. I just wanted to cancel an appointment. My mom continues to call and no answer so I said I would help and call as well. Both of us are having no luck.

Worst place ever. I was with this place for almost 6 years and they booted me as a patient in 2018 for walking out upset telling them they were not listening to me and ignoring my health problems. I cant even return to get labs from or a follow up from an ER visit now with one of their Obgyn because of this. When they refused to listen to me back in 2018 I went and found another Obgyn who immediately recommended surgery (hysterectomy) I knew something was wrong and I was right. This place did me a huge disservice. They are unprofessional, rude, have horrible bedside manner. Refusing and booting patients for not doing your jobs correctly is a disgrace to healthcare.

I was in a car accident and followed up with my doctor at this location and she suggested physical therapy and I agreed. The problem is no one told me where to go. I then made another appointment to be seen and that took a whole month and the doctor once again suggested Physical therapy and now an MRI because the pain is now traveling to my leg. Like the last time she failed to let me know where to go but this time what looked like a supervisor came in and talked to me and told me the same information but like the doctor failed to tell me where to go. Frustrated I called back to the office to ask for directions on what to do and the lady answering the phone took my information and said shell get back with me and I have yet to hear from anyone. So I have been in pain and trying to figure out what to do based off this office lack of communication and care. I would suggest finding another location to be seen for your health situations because this place will not give you the care you need at all.

Worst place ever they never help when you need it.. want you to keep making appts just so they can get money out of you..I would recommend no one to ever go here.. and the close the place down when ever they feel like it... worst place I have ever been too

Rocky usually answers the phone when Ive called. She is always friendly and helpful. The doctors are wonderful. Never have to wait TOO long. And they work with my budget. I am so glad I found this place.

Since dr. Del Rosario left this place has gone way down hill my daughter used to be very comfortable going there couldnt wait love seeing the doctor even when she was getting shots the people were very nice the nurses were nice now its just not the same I am definitely still switching pediatricians as soon as my daughters surgery and what night is over theres only one person left that works down there that actually cares about the patients and she also works up in the maternity Ward and she take care of me while I was pregnant with my daughter my daughter is 5 years old now and she remembers my name and my daughters and she treats us with respect shes kind but other than that and you can never get a hold of them they close at 3 now and the doctor doesnt even make you feel like she cares about your child

Be careful of which Doctor you have as your attending physician!

The two doctors I have seen have been very knowledgable and kind (Internal Medicine). I have not had a bad experience yet.

This place has went way down hill last visit I was in the back for 2 hours. I call Monday in regards to some test results and still have not received a call back. The quality of care is severely lacking. Ive used this clinic for almost 30 years and just feel like I maybe better suited to find a doctor that cares about paitence

Terrible experience, perscription was sent in and didnt recieve a call for 2.5 weeks to explain. Have called 3 times & left messages to explain & still no return phone call. Would in no way shape or form recommend anyone go here!

Offices and customer service staff taking calls are less than helpful and often quite rude.

Vey bad doctors!!!!! they say they have a hour to see you but when they leave the room they be gone 15 to 20 minutes cant get all your needs taking care of . they look at you like you crazy.

They go above and beyond at making sure you and your childs needs are met.

When it says they open at ten but you call at 1045 and you get the after hrs... How would you go about making a apt or asking a question? If they say they open at 10 someone should be there to anwser the phones right. I will be finding a new offices that is there whem they say they will be.

I am pregnant. I had a bad accident and tried to call my obgyn after hrs. After 4 messages and 12 hrs i made the call to go into er. Er dr tried to get into contact with no luck. After 30 hrs i got a phone call back. What would have happened if i went into premature labor. I would not have my dr there. They would not even no. I love my dr but hate the way the office is ran. My dr never gets my phone calls or massages. The people who do call ypu back are rude and not helpful at all. Im over it o will not deal with a office like this any more very sad. Oh and i still have not been able to talk to my dr. Just a nurse. And i have requested my dr to call me they just keep telling me yep when they have time. I will find a dr who has time for me. As i sit in er being told by er dr this is crazy they hsvr never had such a hard time to talk to a dr. Er dr cant even get a phone call back

Called the second floor 5 times in a span of an hour and a half 1:30-3pm and didnt get answered. I called the 3rd floor and they told me they close at 3 and hung up on me.Have a dermatologist referral Ive been waiting a month on.. No callsHave ultrasound results Ive been waiting over a week on.. No calls.

Very nice people
