I really really enjoyed my experience at Flint School of Therapeutic Massage. Im really going to miss Nicole. She is very warm and welcoming, easy to talk too. And very knowledgeable. I had wonderful instructors Patty and Marty. Patty is a great instructor. If you dont get it. She will teach you in a way you will understand. Marty is a awesome massage therapist. It was amazing that the class size was not that big and I was able to learn. The building was always clean. By far one of the best experiences I had going to a school and learning. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

This school is amazing, I am currently a student here and the things that I’ve learned are very useful and helpful when it comes to massage. Our teachers are always willing to go to the extra mile and help students who need the extra help on what we are learning. Flint school of therapeutic massage is definitely the school that you should choose if you want to go down this route for education, you get in and out within 8 months and then you can start your career. If you decide that you want to come to school here, stop by and get a tour. I promise it will change your life. Look forward to seeing the new students :)

This is school changed my life. I had never received a massage before going into FSTMs Massage Program and they made it so easy to transition into this program. Dont get me wrong, you definitely have to work at it, but between the AMAZING staff, the small classes, and the wealth of knowledge you gain, they make it accessible to anyone. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to take multiple classes, and receive student massages here.

I absolutely LOVE this place and got a massage once or twice a week in my late pregnancy. It is definitely a quality education the students are receiving and I know because Ive paid quadruple the amount at spas for massages that werent nearly as enjoyable. I have told every pregnant person I know who about it and even people who arent. Its just great to have an affordable option for massage during pregnancy. They helped me feel so much better when I was have a lot of aches and pains from growing so fast. I had Kate most of the times I went and she was extremely professional, conscious of my needs/wants and great at asking when I needed more or less as well as knowing what to do for specific issues I had during pregnancy.Side note: Nicole Wisda who works there is the biggest sweetheart I have ever met and I absolutely love her! I first talked to her before going in and she worked with me on multiple occasions for not only rescheduling but last minute appointments too when I was just miserable and needed to be massaged. She always acted kindly and professionally and I think she needs a giant raise and a room named after her! She even bought my baby a gift when I was still pregnant, before I ever even met her in person. She really goes above and beyond and even though she never massaged me, she was the reason I kept returning. Also, tip your massage therapist students! Just because theyre students doesnt matter. They pay to go there and have to attend like a full time job so if they do good work, you should reward them! If you cant afford it, at least let them know how great they were. Build them up!

I had an excellent experience getting my Massage Therapy certificate from FSTM. Patty is an excellent instructor and shared a wealth of information with me. Nicole made it possible for me to get through the program with ease and was a real asset in obtaining my license.

I would greatly appreciate if the owner, Diana, would call me. I have had a horrible experience all around at this school, and I wish I never spent my money here. There are many things that need to be addressed in regards to professionalism, the structure of classes, ethics of business, cleanliness, and more.

Worst school ever had no issues taking 5000 bucks but your staff lacks Organization and teaching you anything, all this school dose is bank on massages you do for free and then don’t do their part to help you get your license after you graduate....and they don’t even teach you what needs to be learned all you do is massage for free so the school can bank...also Nicole is the worst Receptionist Some ppl haven’t even gotten their certificate after graduation and passing the course, also The owner of the school is never there and she doesn’t help with anything or answer emails as well.... halfway through my program that I finished and graduated from the assistant teacher was always full of drama and never came to work....our classmates went without education because her lack of organization on their part they are all for taking money but not for teaching and doing the paperwork part that the school has to do not us.... tons of people in my class they have graduated are still waiting on the calls paperwork skills from Nicole we graduated in January 2019 it is now almost April 2019 my opinion don’t go here the only one that is worth anything is Christina the teacher she should own the place and fire everyone else that works there. Nothing but a HUGE JOKE!UPDATE ON POST THIS SCHOOL HAS YET TO SEND OVER MY SCHOOL RECORDS SO THAT STOPS THE STATE FROM GIVING ME MY LICENSE FROM THE STATE EVEN THO ME AND OTHERS HAVE PASSED STATE EXAM..... IM SUING FOR LOSS WAGES.Again no one dose their job up there and owner has a new thing coming.

Ive been a student now at FSTM for 13 weeks and I can honestly say its the best schooling experience Ive ever had. I enjoy going to class so much that I actually come in 2-3 hours early to study with the other students, who have all become some of my closest friends. The program is informative, interactive, and helpful to both individuals who are looking to begin a career in massage therapy and to those seeking to learn massage techniques to expand their practice in health and wellness facilitation. I had brief knowledge of muscular and bone structure before beginning the program. After 13 weeks I now have a thorough understanding of functional anatomy, kinesiology, stretching techniques, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, isometric neuromuscular ischemic technique, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques. We are currently delving into more of the Eastern philosophy energy work. The school offers expansion courses for those interested in continuing their education, and there are ALWAYS job postings on the bulletin board. Enrolling at FSTM has easily been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I would recommend it to anyone.
