At first, this place was alright to use as a primary care doctor, but it quickly became the worst choice I ever made. This practice is more concerned with getting people in and out than actually treating the patients. The fact that its also an urgent care is probably why, but also because the staff just dont seem that interested in being friendly with patients. After telling the PA which pharmacy to send my script to, she sent it to their in house pharmacy. I believe this was done on purpose in order to put more money in their pocket or whatever because I do not use them for my meds. Though they made me use them this instance for their mistake even though I requested another pharmacy specifically. They also often dont answer their phone and when they do, youre put on hold for 5+ minutes with nothing but complete silence. If you choose to leave a voicemail, make sure its not something important because they also often dont get back to you for 2-7 days. I know all of this from personal experience from this practice. They also have a $60 fee to reschedule appointments on the same day. I was unaware of this and when I called and spoke with Mike, he was willing to waive this fee for me since it was my first time. However, when I asked about them often not answering their phone when called, he claimed he answers the phone every single time it rings and at least puts the caller on hold, but he always answers. This is obviously not true, for anyone whos ever actually been inside this place. Theres only ever one person on the front desk, but theyre also the person who goes into the exam rooms to do the vitals on the patients. So theres time when theyre inside exam rooms with patients where nobody is answering the phone at all because the receptionist for the urgent care side will just sit there and let it ring. He also claimed to call every single person who left a voicemail back the very next day or the one after. Again, this is obviously not true for anyone whos ever used this practice. As previously stated, theyre very busy constantly answering the phone and bouncing between patient exam rooms to do vitals, so I wonder when they have hours to call every single voicemail back? Probably not the following day. The simple fact is: this place is far too busy for the very few staff they have. I imagine this makes the little staff they do have incredibly burnt out, not that its any excuse for how I was treated by this Mike fellow. He claimed I swore at him and kept hollering at him over the phone, and Im almost positive he did hang up on me. Though, when I called back he claimed I had hung up on him and that I had also swore at him, which was news to me. And apparently all of the people in the lobby could hear our conversation to verify I swore? Not sure how that follows HIPAA when Im speaking about my personal health information with my doctors office, but thats besides the point, because he lied. I was probably raising my voice some at him because he was continuously talking over me and would not let me finish a sentence before cutting me off. However, I was consciously making a point to not swear at him because of how anxious I was. I was on the verge of a panic attack just sitting there trying to reschedule a stupid doctors appointment and then theres Mike whos just criticizing me and speaking over and down to me the whole time. It was incredibly dispiriting. When my doctors offices start making me have panic attacks, I know its not the right office. Or a good one for that matter. Beware.

This place has been amazing since day one of making them my primary doctor. My doctor is super sweet and she is very caring. The owner is awesome and has a great attitude and very nice. Having the pharmacy there in the same building is a bonus 👌

Dr. Toni Detailer doesnt rush you through. She listens to you, and takes her time to be explain everything to you. I am 100 percent satisfied with her as my primary Doctor.

Unfortunately I don’t leave many reviews but when it comes to medications I feel that is extremely important. Due to covid, my doc has been writing my script 3 months out. By mistake this wasn’t done on my last 3 month check up, as I discovered that when I contacted the pharmacy (Connected to my actual doctors office as well) and the pharmacist told me to reach out to Mundy family care and they would contact the doc for the script and I can come get it before 3 pm today. Well, when I did that I ended up having to contact the urgent care (same facility as well) and after being put on hold a few times, I was informed, “the owner of the building said there is nothing we can do that I should call back on Monday.” I then said I will be out of my medication by then, and I was told sorry nothing we can do.Right wrong or indifferent, I am not impressed with the lack of communication or organization and its not safe to go on and off medications. Ugh..Anyway, consider that before committing to this place as I am going start looking for a more stable family practiceEvent occurred on 2-13-2021

Dr Toni is great, she is the reason I even gave one star at all!!! Her staff however are horrible and violate your privacy. I was given an order for an EEG and was given an EKG and when my doctor called about it they had no idea what was going on, what the test was even for. Not only do the staff talk about you and your medical needs but they do it out in the open so anyone in the waiting for can hear them. My other doctor told me to get as far away from this place as possible and wouldnt recommend going here for a splinter let alone anything else 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I came to Mundy Family Care last August hoping to find a family care physician close to my house. I’ve been getting a bill for the last six months for an extra $20 because my insurance is processing my visit as if I went to an internal medicine specialist and not a family care physician. If you have Blue Cross insurance you will be charged as if you’ve seen a specialist. The front office staff assured me multiple times that they would get this corrected. Nothing has been done. The billing office refuses to help me. They need to disclose on their website and in their office that this is an internal medicine practice and not a family care practice.

This place has it all. Pharmacy, X-Ray, and an urgent care in case I need after-hour services. The pharmacy has free delivery too. So AWESOME!
