My appointment was for 12:45 and I was actually in for my ultrasound at 12:45. The technician answered all questions and after ultrasound took me to my room. Dr Bakleh was in to see me within 10 minutes. He thoroughly explained everything and put all my fears to rest. Id recommend him to anyone needing a endocrinologist.

First appointment went great. Second appoint i was supposed to get a biopsy and ultrasound on a mass on my thyroid done. After waiting in the lobby for an hour was put in to a room that had bloody tissue on the counter it was not sterile at all! After i asked them to clean the room i was given attitude by a nurse and was in the room for an hour. The doctor forgot about me! I didnt feel comfortable with them sticking a needle in my neck since they cant keep track of patients or even have a sterile room.

I really like Dr. Bakleh. He explains things to me so that I understand and will take time for me. Most appreciated. My only complaint is I dont receive results of my thyroid ultrasounds, biopsies or blood work until I go see him again 6 months later. The Flint staff are very overworked and desperately need backup.

-100 stars.If I could give it negative stars I would. My appointment was at 9:00 am, arrived to my appointment at 8:30 just to be as early as I could. Was taken into the room to check vitals around 8:50 am. I waited an hour to see the doctor that never came into my room to see me. I had to reschedule my own appointment because apparently the doctor has other things he was doing that was more important than to see his patient. I have never been more disgusted with an office. I will be looking to change this doctor or after my next appointment will not be going back. I had to continuously ask where was the doctor and the responses the ladies were giving me was he’ll be in to see you in 5 mins. 40 mins later I could no longer continue to wait. No one should have to wait an hour on top of the waiting they did in the waiting room to be seen.Left without being seen by any doctor even thoughI was scheduled and have been scheduled for over a month to be seen today. Worst experience and worst set of doctors I have ever came across. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere where they’ll actually take care of you like a doctor is supposed to.

Very rude and unprofessional I felt like a piece of livestock Dr.was very rude didnt listen called me a liar when he told me I didnt have kidney disease when I have had it for years he said blood tests dont lie when he DID NOT do any blood tests. I sat there and watched them put my papers behind others. On purpose. He has a very bad bed side manor it took 3 months to get a prior auth I refuse to go back tried twice and it was horriable I will never return

Bakleh is the absolute best. He saved my life, and I was able to get off insulin completely in only 3 months. His staff may seem unfriendly if you are not use to them. It is a very busy office, the lady at the front desk once had 16 calls in a row, and had to put them on hold to talk to me. They are hard workers and have no time for chit chat.

Wait time is usually long, but worth it. I love this doctor, he listens and is knowledgeable. Been going here for over 5 years, so Ive seen a lot of staff change. The past year, they have been very kind, and helpful. Happy to see this change.

I love this doctor he is amazing and very caring he will tell you like it is and what you should be doing his office is very busy and there is two doctors that work there and the staff works for both of them so some things take longer then others but at the most I have had to wait for things to get done was two weeks and that was for two different things

His flint office staff is extremely rude they hung up on me after I asked them when I should expect my phone appointment since it had been an hour with no phone call from them if I could give him and the office 0 stars I would have.

Thankfully my visit with this office was not as bad as the others reviewed. The staff was very friendly and showed concern. They seemed busy but they were very professional. Dr. Bakleh is in opinion a very concerned and attentive he took time to explain everything I needed to understand. Hoping my 2nd visit goes as well.

Staff is very unfriendly! They never smile and make any friendly gestures. Ultra sound tech is only nice one in the office! Wait is very long! Bring a book and your cell phone charger. Doctor is good and does listen. On the fence about switching offices.

Dr Bakleh was very nice himself. His office staff is rude and arent very good at their jobs. My first visit with him, he gave me some samples and after the sample I was to hand in a RX and his MA, Angie, told me she would get the prior auth. Said it would take about a week (now mind you I worked family practice for 13.5 years and you have to fill out a form amd fax it). So I handed the RX in and 3 weeks later with 13 messages to their office and NO RETURN calls it still was NOT done. Now I also called once cause my sugar had dropped to 46 and NO RETURN CALL. Finally getting ahold of the office manager so she could get this taken care of they finally faxed it and it was denied cause they didnt put my A1C on there. Now how you gonna try and get a medication approved for diabetes amd not put the A1C on there. So now Im out of samples and my numbers are going back up. Not sure if I want to continue to put my health in his STAFFS hands

We saw Dr Bakleh in Genesys when my husband was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and found him quite pleasant. Our pleasant experience ended there as the office is a nightmare. After our first visit the stafd was supposed to put in an authorization for a CGM....seven weeks later it still isnt in. We left no less than 12 messages that all went unreturned and when I finally got in touch with the office manager her response was well what extension did you leave them on? We left a message on every extension since you cant actually get a live person to answer the phone

He’s an amazing doctor! But some of his staff are down right rude, and fail to do the most mundane tasks. It’s extremely frustrating.

Dr Bakleh saved my life. I cant express my gratitude enough. When I thanked him he was so humble and said, Im just doing my job. Thank you so much.

Havent been to the office yet. I have a referral from my PCP. I was waiting for them to call me once theyve received the info they needed from my PCP to schedule me an appointment. A week went by so I got their phone number from my PCP. Not only was the staff answering the phone really rude, but I had an appointment scheduled, and had to pry the information about the appointment out of them. I never received a phone call, email, text, or letter telling me when and where the appointment was. Good thing I called their rude front desk.

Great Doctor however front desk staff could be more ffiendly and treat his patients better when they call.

For almost a year since April still waiting on the office to send my blood sugar logs and that I’m on an insulin pump to dexcom. My last visit in October this was sup to be taken care of..... I had 4 months of handwritten logs because my machine does not up load to the internet and they can’t do that? Or find my lost logs by the staff?!!!!! I’m so over this place. This was all needed to get approval for Dexcom. This place I have been coming to since I was 12 years old I’m 36 now. As well as labs getting lost when I get them done there. After this is all said and done I’m looking for a new endocrinologist and diabetic doctor I can’t deal with my health being messed with anymore!!!!

Dr. Bakleh is an amazing doctor however “most” of the staff is very rude! Not all... but most. Whether it’s in person or on the phone they are always rude, seem upset that they have to talk to you, and come across as they absolutely HATE their job! Again, Dr Bakleh is a wonderful doctor however, most the staff needs replaced. To bad the Grand Blanc office he worked at closed.

The wait is very long but he is a great doctor who actually listens.
