Very quick in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very clean. Very polite. First time ever having my eyebrows threaded, and I’m very pleased.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded here! Very clean, fast and affordable!

Clean facility, friendly workers and as a walk in I was able to be seated right away for my eyebrows to be threaded ($11 for eyebrow threading).But- they weren’t as ‘neat’ with shaping the brows as other places i have visited. After my appointment I had to ‘clean up’ my eyebrows myself with tweezers - they missed a lot of hair. I did ask them to shape my eyebrows a bit more and they were happy to fix them but I didn’t want to tell keep telling them where else needed to be fixed to avoid getting my eyebrows threaded to thinly. 3.5 stars :)

The only place I get my face done in Flint. I live in GB but I drive to Flint to go here.

Staff wasnt very friendly, it was like pulling teeth to get them to communicate with you about the basics such as price and services offered. The facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing but overall visit was mediocre - not on my list to revisit.

I have been coming here since it left the mall and I have not cheated on my eyebrow lady. This is the only place I go where I am sure that I will get in and out with beautiful brows.

Nicki is the best!!! She has been arching me for around six years. I cut my visits down to twice a year because eventually everyones follicles give in and die so over time time my eyebrows hair is thinner. Absolutely love her and miss going monthly.

Great service if it’s not busy. If there is a line, they will rush and botch your eyebrows. My eyebrows were way too thin and terribly shaped after I told her not to shape them in that way. When I brought it up, she was extremely flustered, rude and denying it. Very poor customer service last weekend.

After plenty of bad experiences with salons notching my brows, I found these ladies 3+ years ago when they were still in the mall and never needed to try anywhere else after that. Theyve always done a great job for a great price and are very nice. I always recommend them.

Never was taught to take care of my eyebrows so they were horrible. Felt so bad for the lady that had to do them. She did a very nice job. No wait at all.

Its ok but they like to attack children verbally without cussing more so when the man is there. He looks as if woman and girls i feel ... are beneath him and my kids are 10 and 13 . For sitting in a chair. Smfh

YES my eyebrows were threaded and cute but I was harrassed by a random customer while getting them done because the customer wanted to watch. Then I paid to get individual eyelashes applied and they came off the same day because of the glue (btw they use hair glue which irritates my eyes). The lady lied and told me they would stay on up to 3 weeks if I did not get them wet for 24 hours. Lol they literally never got wet but were falling off my eyes within 2 hours. Ive done my own lashes and NEVER had them fall off my face that fast. I will go back for the threading because yes they are cute (Id rate my brows 5 stars). But one star for the eyelashes. I wasted $30. Be warned.

They treat my brows like sisters, not twins. Ive been coming here for 4 years and have never been disappointed.

Have been going to this place for about 2 years and today I had a horrible experience. The same woman who has done my eyebrows every time cut my eyelid with scissors so bad I can peel my skin back. And then blamed me for squinting and that it was my fault. If youre going to to cut your customers I highly recommend that you at least apologize.
