Marlo was simply amazing. She took such great care of my dad. She explained everything so thoroughly. She was personable and very kind. She made sure my father was very comfortable wirh installation and any questions. I STONGLY recommend this facility.

Ive been going here 35 years; since it was Snitco! Theyve kept me in functional hearing aids all through nursing school, my career, and now retirement. Stacy and Sue at the Miller Rd. branch have made me feel like family! I cant imagine going anywhere else!!

This place sucks! They have the worst customer experience for hearing aids. What’s the point of being open to customers when you turn them away.

Got turned away too. No offer to repair the hearing aids which is why I went there. Very rude treatment.
