Had my 1st appt with Dr. Kym this morning and wow shes awesome!! My hip flexor pain Ive had since Oct is GONE after this first visit! I left her office able to walk again without any tightness in my hip flexor. This pain/tightness started after I began training for a 5K. I tried to do a lot of stretching, mobility, etc -- which helped, but never fixed it completely. Yall dont know how beyond excited I am! So blessed to have found Dr. Kym and will definitely be back!

Dr. Kym does amazing work. I have recurring shoulder and hip flair-ups resulting from regular olympic lifting, running, and back country snowboarding. Dr. Wilkens is knowledgeable, thorough and a miracle worker. I have struggled for years with inflexibility and it has greatly affected my ability to ride (horses). In just 2 mos I am able to get on my tall horse from the ground, throw a leg over either side and accomplish so much more..... I am experiencing freedom of movement that I have not in my adult life. I experienced numbness in my leg. Went to my doctor. Got and MRI. Went to a local chiropractor. Did some physical therapy. Nothing. After nearly five months of pretty intense pain, my daughter convinced me to give ART a shot. I saw Dr. Wilkens, and for the first time I found someone who listened to what I was saying. She asked questions. Her analysis was thoughtful, and she took the time to explain what she thought had happened. I saw her half a dozen times, but almost immediately I started to regain strength in my leg. The only thing I could attribute the improvement to was the ART. Slowly the numbness subsided. Even though I was improving, I saw Dr. Wilkens periodically to keep the ball rolling. Nerve damage takes a while to heal, but each month that passes, I feel better - something I frankly didnt think was ever going to happen. Kym is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. My entire experience was super professional from the moment I walked in. She did active release technique (ART) on a sports injury and was skilled at identifying what was going on and explaining what she was doing. I will definitely be back!

I’m a 67 year old active male. I’ve been to Kym two times to deal with some back and neck issues that had bothered me for months. She didn’t do what I’d consider classic chiropractic but what she did was very effective. I’m now scheduling for a third appointment to deal with some more minor matters and I’m quite confident that her work will be effective.
