They said thered be an hour wait, took about 10 minuyes and they had me in staff was friendly informative and made it quick and painless was out in a total of 20 mins expecting an hour and 120 so Thanks alot guys! Not too mention my results were in super quick got the job the next day

This is roughly my third time using Concentra for a DOT drug screen and I have used the same location for a DOT physical and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

Great people! My test expired and I wasnt sure what to do about it but Hailey at the front desk was super helpful as was able to help me get in. She also asked what my preferred pronouns were and I felt super safe being there!

I arrived at 3pm and waited until 5pm to be taken back to do a physical, blood test, and drug screen. Other people who arrived after me were called in before me, which was extremely frustrating. I ended up not leaving until 6pm - I understand it is busy but maybe appointments should be available for a more organized visit (for patients and staff).

I made an appointment for a pre-employment physical. Even though I had the appointment, I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Then I was taken to an exam room & told the provider would be in to see me soon. After an hour & thirty minutes of sitting in the exam room, I went to the front desk to see what was going on. They tried to tell me it was taking so long because people had come in that had appointments so I was getting bumped & having to wait. When I said I had an appointment for 10:30, the man at the front desk said “oh, hold on let me go check.” He came to my exam room a few minutes later & said the provider would be in as soon as she finished up in the exam room she was in. No one would admit it, but I think they put me in an exam room & forgot I was there. After all that, I sat in the exam room another 25 minutes. The provider came in, signed into the computer, & couldn’t get my information pulled up. She left the room & I sat in there another 20 minutes waiting. She finally came back in & got my information pulled up. The physical exam itself took maybe 2 minutes & I was finally on my way home. I walked into Concentra at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. I finally walked out at 1:38 after a 2 minute physical I had to get for work.

Staff was not very friendly or informative. Made me feel like I was a bother for waiting, even though I had to get in that day as drug screens have to be taken in a specified time frame. In the waiting room I was in, there were 4 chairs, both sets of two, not 6 feet apart from one another in an URGENT CARE OFFICE. Poor pandemic management. Also, I waited over an hour for a drug screen, which is fine if it is busy, but there were only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived, and some of them had said they had waited upwards of 2 hours. They clearly need to invest in additional staff to manage the business, because these wait times are out of control. Very disappointed.

They received my pee without incident. Great staff. 10/10. Will pee there again.

The lady in the back so did my drug screen for my job and extremely fun easy to talk to and was very nice to me!!

This is a great place. Went here on a work injury which required a bit of physical therapy. Everyone at the front desk was nice, the doctors are caring and kind, and the physical therapist (that I spent the most time with) Jerry is awesome. This branch is the best place I’ve gone for any workplace injury I’ve ever had.

Front Desk was attentive. Made sure I started the paperwork so I would be taken to exam. Explained the forms to me. In and out.

1st part of my DOT was awesome. The tech (Nick?) completed his portion of the screen quickly and professionally. 5/5 stars.Zero stars for the next portion (physical exam). It WAS a nice surprise that they no longer check for hernias by violating my no-no square, but the 50 minutes they left me sitting in the exam room was unnecessary.

I was being seen for a tb titer for a job, they couldnt give it to me because I had just received my covid vaccine the week before so I had an xray done. I was called the next day and told to come back in immediately, so panicked that something was seen on the xray I went back in to be told that the radiologist couldnt rule out tb that I had nodules and possible airway disease on my xray and to rule it out I need another xray a 3 view. So my new job wouldnt pay for it and if I didnt get it I would lose my job so I paid for it out of my pocket. Got the xray and 3 hours later was told the xray was completely clear and the radiologist looked at the original one and said it was completely clear also. So I almost lost my job and Im out money for nothing. The front desk and the rad tech were all amazing but super frustrated and worried that this may be a common practice. I feel I should be reimbursed for the 2nd xray that was never needed.

I went for a drug screening for a new job. Did my urine test as requested put the cup down washed my hands and the ride tech with gloves on asked me to pick up a urine filled cup with my clean hands.Maybe you should have given me a pair of gloves.He was rude from the time I walked in the door.

No warm fuzzy feeling when you walk in. Provider was shy and uncertain and she misdiagnosed me completely.

Okay so I give this Fishers facility a three out of five because the gentleman who took my sample in the back was wonderful absolutely wonderful however when I walked in to the facility the gentleman who was supposed to greet me as I was standing at the desk waiting to sign in was very rude and being in any type of environment involving Healthcare youre working with the public I feel that this individual is in the wrong type of employment. He snatched the paper from me and was very abrasive instead of asking me questions he made demands and I felt very threatened in that moment so much that I very much contemplated asking for my paperback and driving to a different facility even though I had already driven an hour to get to this one

I went there to take a drug test for a job I applied for. It was very clean they gave me a mask which I had forgot mine at home so was a blessing. And when they finally got me to the back it was quick and easy. But after getting there though, getting to the back was the challenge . I didn’t mind the initial paperwork part but I sat there an hour and that’s with having to pee when I had headed the 21 minutes to get there. I hardly could sit still and every minute felt like 30 minutes. With only 2 others before me when I came in and they were in and out. You gotta look at why I’m there too thinking this is a drug test you go there normally when u first got to pee so you know u can pee. Don’t make me sit so long next time please .

Although it was busy when I arrived and was told it would be a 40 minute wait, you could see the staff was working hard and my wait was only about 15 minutes. Everyone was very professional too.

The staff is awesome, from the receptionist to the therapy director and doctors. They were always pleasant and considerate. Also, very efficient. I never waited.

When I entered your office, I was greeted and asked how they could help me. The person at the front desk took my ID and made a copy. And handed me a form to complete. After a short wait i was taken back for height, weight and vision. Then a Physician Assistant gave me my exam. I believe I was through in about a half hour. Very thorough and efficient.

The best part of my visit was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was courteous and very professional. I was there for s company issued random drug test. I have always chosen this site for the testing for the already mentioned reasons.

Score out of 10...6.I was the only one in the waiting room and had more paperwork to fill out. The visit took 35 minutes and literally could have been 5. Everyone was nice and pleasant but a tad slow. Paperwork could have been sent ahead to simplify the visit

I went today to get blood work done but they told me to come back before 1:00 PM because they have a courier pick up there blood at that time. I wonder what they do with people’s blood after 1:00 PM?

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessionalism from the check in. There was 2 people for drug screens ahead of us and we were told by the man at the front desk it would be an hour and half wait because its a walk in clinic and staff show up on a walk in basis too and no one is held accountable. Now the Dr was great but that was not a place I would ever recommend and pray never to have to do again.

Website says they take no one under 2, what they really mean is no kids at all. I tried to take my 4 year old in there to have a cut looked at and they wouldnt see her cause of her age. If you wont see children at all maybe update your website to say you dont see children of any age.

I went to get a physical and well, let’s just say somehow that “Doctor” did my physical in 3 minutes and when I told her what wasn’t right, she didn’t acknowledge it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, it would be too many. Worst health care provider I have ever been too. If you are injured on the job and sent here I suggest you have a good Work Comp Lawyer to back you up. They had me in with Mary Ruff N.P. I have no idea how the state allows people like this to get their licenses and practice legally. I have a major injury and these people gave me the run around and no medication to help. They are in the Workers Comp Companies pockets.....I asked if my wife could come in to listen to the nurse explain my MRI results and they said NO.....WOW......MAJOR AVOID. ESP MARY RUFF who pretends to be a MD, but in realty is nothing more than a nurse who doesnt know how to treat injuries and should stick to applying bandages to minor cuts at home.

I dont feel like I was listened to about my pain level and what was causing my pain. I was given more medicine and told see you back in a week.
