I got blood drawn this morning, 10/28. I passed out right after and the lady that took it was extremely nice to me. She fanned me to cool me down and applied damp towels to my head as well. I forget her name but she was great and made a bad experience a lot more manageable.

Fast and efficient! Was in and out in 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly

Sat in waiting room for 20 minutes and checked in. No one ever came to front desk Could hear personal conversations that appeared to be in between co-workers in the back but obviously patients aren’t a priority at all. There’s no reason someone shouldn’t be up front to be a face a patient sees. I’ll never be back to this location.

Agree with the others, no human at the desk, long wait even though it said 0 min after I checked in. Havent had this experience at other locations.

No one appears to be here, acknowledging people in lobby for 30 minutes, people are walking out, frustrated, phone call to office is menu only

Terrible customer service. The lady inside the lab couldn’t find a vein in my arm to get the blood simple what caused me a terrible amount of pain… not sure why that happened. This location has to get their stuff together.
