Just went in yesterday to check up on my grandpa who is 95 years old and our experience was terrible. There was no tv is his room and he’s being quarantined. We were able to see him through the window. My grandpa had blood on his pillow because he fell a couple of days ago but when they called us he they said he was okay. We took him food and they had water there but we saw him struggling to reach it and to top it off there was nothing in there. He can’t even serve himself he’s weak the nurses should know that he’s been there for years. I complained in order for them to do their job. We took him a blanket not that long ago and he had rags instead of warm blankets. We will be taking him another blanket and I expect that blanket to be with him at all times. Absolutely wrong, my heart hurts. If you have any loved ones here please check up on them.

This place is a cesspool of toxic leadership and treat their residents and workers with no respect. The nursing staff is unprofessional and lack any degree of competency. Do not ever send your loved ones here unless you just want to see n them deteriorate.This place and all the leadership are a disgrace to healthcare. They are lazy, and will find every possible way to seek the easy way opposed to the right way. Please do your research before you send your loved ones here. Would definitely think twice working here as well.

Place does not look like pictures. my grandfather had a tiny space with a small tv with no remote. the nurse didnt know english well so it was hard to understand her. people were just left in the fall in wheelchairs slumped over. i would never wish any one to stay a day at this place. someone needs to go in there and inspect and make some changes. so sad

Not a place I would put my grandparents I saw two of the caretaker get to gether and i saw a ring on her finger and i know it was not from him

This place killed my grandfather.
