It always very nerve wracking to go to the dentist. I have a disability that makes it difficult to walk. There is always so much stress that the office will not be able to accommodate my needs of they will make fun of me and treat me with disdain. It is with much great joy that I can say I worried for nothing. I was made to feel I was their only patient and that my needs were their top priority. They met all my needs. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you for making me feel like I matter.

Aspen dental in festus. Has been amazing. Sarah the hygienist is very friendly and kid friendly. She has done an amazing job helping the kids understand that good habits are the best,without shaming them. We always left in tears from our previous dentist.Andrea the office manager has been hreat to work with on getting treatment scheduled quick. Very informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I was SO nervous to try out a new dentist. I had an immediate problem and they got me in the very next day. Everyone in the office is seriously so nice and accommodating. I don’t have a negative thing to say about Aspen. They explain everything thoroughly before doing anything. They are very clear at explaining your options and what is going on inside your mouth. I would recommend Aspen of Festus to ANYONE looking for a new dentist.

Yesterday was very calming, the dental assistant , Suzanne did an excellent job doing the xrays and keeping me informed. The hygienist, Sarah, was very friendly and encouraging. Dr. Sara was just awesome and did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. Kelley was great giving me all the financial information and her spirit was excellent. It was a good experience at this appointment.

I went to Aspen for the first time and I felt like I was being taken care of by people who actually care about me. I was embarrassed by my smile.The staff was understanding and supportive and after the initial consultation we began working on getting a new set of dentures. i was quite surprised by the quoted cost. Much less than Ive been quoted by others.I am looking forward to my next appointment.I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone wondering who to go to dental services.

From my first visit I treated with respect and caring. Bryce took care of me on my first visit with X-rays and other first time visit procedures. Dr. Sarah was very professional and friendly. Dr Chandi is a fantastic and makes you feel very comfortable. They all ask you what kind of music you like and play it. They all talk to you like family.

The doctor I saw and the entire staff are so sweet. They make you feel extremely comfortable even when you sobbing like a baby for no reason. Love this office and team!! The Entire team is kind, caring and fun. I admit i am a difficult patient per my last dentist but i truly feel this group of individuals care. The Dentist Dr. Chandi is Superb, very pleasant and caring. She is very knowledgeable and made sure i was taken care of, I plan to recommend her to all of my family and friends.

A couple years back I had another insurance. Service seemed fine and they communicated. This last visit as well as the one before there were issues. My husband called and updated out insurance to the new one. While I was in for a cleaning they found an area that needed attention. They stopped cleaning and treated it. They charged me $109.00 for it. Then they Charged me another #39.00 for the cleaning they never completed. I paid it not fulling understanding that they had not updated my new insurance and had bad communication. I offered my card at the front desk before they saw me and was told I did not needed it. I told my husband who was less than happy as they did not properly use the insurance provided. They failed with the advance update and again in person.My husband called the next day and spoke with Ashley who he said verified the mistake. She told him she would get it resolved and call him back. She never did. I was forced to go to the office a couple days later and got the run around. I believe this is the new standard after Covid-19 happened and they reopened. I also believe because my English is not perfect that they are taking advantage.They just lost my three adult kids, granddaughter, husband and myself as patients. I will still pursue my refund of money as well as have my credit card company pull the money back.

The technology here is fantastic, high deff photos right in front of you. First visit is free just so you know where you stand with oral hygiene, And the staff was fantastic from Dr. Graves the dentist who gave me a ton of great knowledge to Cassie who helped break down charges and explain any and all questions i had. i could not believe how impressed i was with this office and staff. 10/10 and im not one to be easily impressed. I left feeling like i should have tipped.

My wisdom tooth was breaking and I was in such pain. I had made an appointment, but couldnt wait longer and these ladies were there for me. They got me into the office quick and easy. They saw how much pain I was in and didnt hesitate to help. It was the quickest, smoothest tooth pull Ive experienced. Great experience 👍 and amazing employees 👏

This location has the most helpful, understanding, and determined professionals I have ever witnessed in a dental environment. Dr. Husham is very straight forward doctor, he is very educated and professional. You can really tell he and his whole staff care about your comfort. They have helped me save my front teeth even though I was set on removing all my teeth and getting dentures. I am so glad they were strict in trying to keep the teeth that were save worthy and meet my needs that I wasnt aware of. Thank you to all the staff at the festus Aspen dental.

A dental appointment locally wanted 6k out of pocket and about 8k total. I stopped at Aspen dental in Festus for a second opinion. Aspen was 2700 before insurance. Waiting for insurance Co to back with us but should cover most of it. Glad I got a second opinion instead of letting the other place try to finance 6k.Everyone I spoke with at the Festus Missouri office was extremely friendly and helpful. It was like visiting family instead of an office building. Really happy with the care so far.

Would not recommend! The dentist Dr Chandi is very money hungry and we suspect her of insurance fraud. They push you to do an entire treatment plan rather than listening to your main concern. Very long wait times and rushed appointments.

Very pleased with Aspen Dental in Festus MO. Dr. Husham clearly cares about his patients - he regularly asks during visits how we are doing. We had some pretty horrible experiences with a different dentist office only a few blocks away and this office is a ray of sunshine in comparison. We have experienced some questionable billing practices from that other dentist office in the past but nothing with Aspen to date. We have not personally experienced any unusually long wait times to date and the staff have consistently been polite and courteous to us.

I came in on a emergency visit. I told the assistant with the condition of my teeth what my intentions was. They understood and so far have helped me a lot. I have had ten teeth extracted so far, no pain whatsoever my dentist is nice has a good personality and his help bella well shes the best. You feel comfortable no judgement just simple people doing a amazing job. My only issue is the way they schedule things. I dont know if its because of my other health issues or what but they told me how I would have everything done after my first exam, but have not stuck to it. They rescheduled my first appointment then ended up calling me a day before my second to let me know i had a appointment that another assistant told me was canceled. Other than that I have no complaints.

This place is a joke. Went to get one tooth pulled took two hours. I have insurance and they still changed 170 dollars for one tooth

I picked this place based on google reviews, after getting my teeth done there I will never return, they are nice and everything but the dentist is not good, I had a terrible experience with doing fillings which turned out to be a nightmare, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Amber the hygienist is outstanding, very informative and gentle. Dr Bradshaw had a great chairside manner and worked very efficiently. Also, Katie the assistant helped ease my anxiety. The entire team worked really well together and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends!

Very Caring Staff members, I met Dr. Chandi and Dr. Hushem, Both are super nice and honest. I am coming over to this practice from another local dentist. I am impressed with Aspen Dental and would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Called them in the morning for my 6 year old daughter. I asked the lady how they were with children. She said shes never been in the offices but was sure theyll treat my daughter good. They called us in 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady doing the xrays treated my daughter awesome. The dentist came in and looked at my daughters tooth and said theres an infection and we can write a referral to a pediatric dentist. They knew they werent going to do any work on her. They just had me come in just so they can charge me for office visit and xrays. Now i have to go elsewhere to pay for office visit. Will never go back. Just a money grab

I so badly wanted to be pleased with my experience. Everyone was extremely nice it was very pleasant. Then they told me my tooth needed to be extracted. Ok so maybe like 200 bucks right? Im not insured so im expecting higher prices. With hygiene and extraction it came out to $800. What did they charge me for? The doc numbed me up and 10 minutes later yanked it with some kind of extraction forceps. All in all 20 minutes and some brute strength warrants this expense. I will say the financial lady I spoke with was super kind and she did her best to get me the best price with coupons. In conclusion I wouldnt recommend this place.

Its hard to put a rating on this. My experience with the staff and dentists at the Aspen Dental in Festus has been great. No complaint about the PEOPLE. HOWEVER, it is their billing and corporate practices that have me displeased. The scenario: I went in for my regular visit Sept 14, 2020. Went to pay with my card and overheard a staff person say their payment system was down. It appeared to work so I signed the receipt. The next day I received a call from an office person saying my payment didnt go through. I checked my online banking to confirm and found out it was true. I resubmitted payment. THEN, the next day, I had a double charge. I immediately called back and the office person apologized and said it will take a few days for corporate to fix the solution.Guess what---Ive been calling 2x/week since then and still get the lame excuse about corporate needing to take charge and fix it. In the meantime, I have a double payment out there waiting to be resolved. The people are great. The service is exceptional. Corporate is NOT!!!!!!! Im wondering how long it will be until this behavior trickles down to each individual office??Maybe this review will hasten the refund of my unnecessary extra charge????Id like to make an update to my original review. Let me reiterate how helpful and professional the entire staff is and has been. The issue with the extra charge has been resolved. However, I am not sure whether my review initiated a faster response or that was the actual time it took to make the adjustments.I will bump my review up to 4 stars.My lesson learned: the next time I overhear ANY company state they are having payment issues, I will pay with cash (assuming I have cash on hand) or reschedule. For the corporate office: honesty. I heard from the start this would be resolved in 2 to 3 days. If it really wont, say it will take up to 2, 3, or more weeks. That way we will know what to expect.I will return to this office for future dental needs. The team really is excellent.

My wife had 2 crowns done was told insurance wouldnt pay but it would be $3300. We said okay and applied for dental first got approved. Now we get an additional bill for $2600. They definitely lied to us. Shady billing practices might turn over to attorney generals office and BBB

Ive been to Aspen Dental - Festus three times now. Each time Ive went I have had a beyond great experience. Very professional staff and always satisfied with the service. Ive had the good fortune of having Isabelle work alongside Dr. Bradshaw and Dr. Aswad. Yesterday I had two fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction with almost no pain the day after. I was not sure about this clinic cause the reviews were so-so but after my visit i just want to be seen by this Dentist. She was very pleasant and explained everything and i can totally say it was probably my best dental experience as i had been to couple other dentist in town. Went here a little over a year ago to get my teeth cleaned and have a check up. They did good on cleaning my teeth but they said I had 3 cavitys that needed fixed. Well it is now a year later and nothing in my mouth hurts still. Seems like a money grab to me. Will never go back to an Aspen Dental.

My experience with Aspen dental has been horrible! The first appointment they have you go into the office to discuss a treatment plan and do nothing but lie!! I have been fighting bills for months for treatments that 100 percent covered. When you call about a bill they all have different reasons why you owe the amount. Then they tell you they don’t handle billing in the office and refuse to give you a number to call an office that does! I tell everyone I know not to use Aspen dental! If my bill is not corrected I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report fraud! I was supposed to receive a credit and was sent less than I was told! You also will not receive your credit unless you physically tell them! Stay away from this place!!

Had a dental emergency and they were beyond amazing. The staff are all so wonderful and the dentist phenomenal. I will only be going to this practice for any and all dental needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services. They were so kind and caring and gave great service. Went above and beyond.

First time patient, was asked to be there 4:15, got there little before and no one ever approached me. Had to ask them for my paperwork and after an hour 15 of waiting without anyone telling me it was going to be that long of a wait, I asked how much longer. Got told maybe 15 more minutes and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No apologies, nothing. Awful.

I dont know about all of you but I am terrified of dentist. After needing dental work for a long time I bit the bullet and went to Aspen Dental in Festus. Told all of them of my fears. Every single one of them made me feel very comfortable. I ended up having to have 14 teeth removed and a full upper and lower partial. Not want I wanted to hear. They assured me that they would do there best to give me my smile back as painless as possible. On Saturday I had all this done. No easy feet for them with my jaw out of alignment. Well Im here to tell you they did awesome. Dr. Davis and everyone there are amazing and compassionate. I will not go anywhere else. Love them!!!!

Total waste of my time. They were very nice but I was there for 2 whole hours and never got any treatment at all. I left with the painful tooth still in my mouth. They put you through a ton of xrays, 10x the amount I have ever had in my life, consultations about all the terrible dental issues you have and dont even treat the problem you walked in for. Called this morning, explained that I was in a lot of pain, tooth may need to come out and Id like to come in today. The person that took my call treated me awful!!! And I cant get in to see Dr. Davis (he is amazing and wonderful!!!) Until next Tuesday, thats 6 days of throbbing pain. On the website it says walk ins welcome....not even given that option.

Absolutely awful dentist office. The Dr was nice the rest of the staff is completely awful. I highly recommend staying away unless you want to spend thousands of dollars more than any the dentist in town. The office manager is a joke and foesnt have any respect for clients. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I have been to a lot of dentist and I have never been to a dentist office where the whole staff was so polite and did not make you feel like you were being judge. The dentist was very honest and open with me and actually gave me a long term care plan and solution to my problem. Every dentist I have been to has just fixed the tooth and sent me back out the door. The staff explained the process of my dental plan and even helped me find a solution for financing. They also really work with you on financing. Im so pleased and happy! Hope this helps someone!

I started dental work at Aspen. Every time I had an appointment, you can guarantee an hour to an hour and a half wait. There was always and emergency for something. After completing dental work, I was getting two partials. They too about a month longer than they said it would. They still a year later dont fit. As well as 11 months and two weeks later I received an additional bill for almost $700.00. I financed the work I had done. Again almost $5000.00. For what ever reason they waited and did not let me know that insurance was not responding. So when they finally sent me the almost 700.00 bill, my employer had changed insurance companies and theres nothing I can do. So after several calls to the Festus Mo office with no help, I happened to call and get someone that was filling in. They agreed to let me add it to my financial agreement. How they scheduled me an appointment for 730am, and again its 8am and still sitting in their office. Very frustrating
