Even though this is one of the largest and most successful medical practices in Florida, we are unable to recommend this business for now. And the problems are easy to fix:1) The medical staff is almost ludicrously arrogant2) Their hourly rates can effectively exceed $15003) Their process for managing individual accounts can appear slip-shod4) They almost never call patients backWe believe that with some easy fine tuning, Boorland-Groover could be all it promises to be... but with the type of rates they command, we see little changing soon.
