My most recent visit didnt go as smoothly as previous visits. Hygienist had difficulty with the new xray machine which basically meant she had to do them twice. After x-rays I had to go back out in the waiting room and wait until another Hygienist became available which took almost 20 minutes. I didnt get out of the office for at least 90-100 minutes for just a cleaning, routine exam and xrays. Saw the Dr. for about 5-10 minutes. Despite all of this, Amelia Gentle Dentistry is still the best dentist Ive ever been to.

Very friendly staff. It has been a six month process for me but I am almost at the finish line. I do appreciate their kindness in me being a big baby.

Amelia Gentle Dentistry (Dr Olbina) has been my dentist for 25 years. He is, in my 73 years, the best dentist I have ever been to. He named his practice, Gentle, because his patient experience no pain. He and his other doctors will always take emergencies and fit you in, somehow. I highly recommend this practice for all ages.

Well heres a great report! My 2-front teeth veneers I had made by another dentist cracked. I went to Amelia Gentle Dentistry and began the repair process, noting to Dr. Olbino that I was leaving the country in a couple of months and would not return. Fine, fine, fine, he said. Hes always to positive. Fast forward, the new veneers came back and he didnt like the color - said it didnt match as well as he wanted. He ordered new ones. And guess what? It happened again. Not a match hed accept! I thought they were fine, but hes the artist, in this case. Plus his assistant Sherri agreed. I reminded him about my departure. Fine. Were gonna fix you up just right. I promise.Today was the day and my departure is right around the corner! I must say Wow! He was right. This new color is perfect! The fit is perfect, as well.Im so happy he stayed calm and persistent. He and Sherri fixed me right up. Besides, all that, his staff is the best. Kind, courteous...and they all listen! You dont often find that anymore.

I took my 5 year old daughter there today and the experience was great. Dr. Jackie and the staff explained everything they were doing beforehand to make sure she felt comfortable. They were gentle and kind! We look forward to future visits.

I LOVED my experience here . The dentist was extremely gentle, he could tell by my body language I was super nervous. I was very impressed with his technique by the way- I’ve never experienced anything like it and didn’t even feel the first shot! He also saved me from an unnecessary root canal. Over all I had three crowns and they all came out perfect so far! Very honest staff- Thanks to the office ladies who worked with me on payments and pricing -they are all so sweet and answer any questions I had about insurance and exact pricing. Good quality gear and affordable pricing. Over all impressed.

Heather is the most thorough dental hygienist I have ever been too. Love her.

The dentists are pretty good but there are apparently problems out front. Cancelled cleaning appointments are very common. I called to make an appointment last week and was told the next available date was March 22- one hundred and ninety five days away. Hmmm.

I recently moved to the area and I am so happy to find this office. Dr. Jessica and her assistants are so professional and competent. They explained the problem and treatment plan so we could make the best decisions. They have such a personal touch that made my experience much more pleasant than I have had a other offices in the past. I highly recommend this practice!

I love love love this dentist! They are the best yet far. Getting work done in my mouth has never been this comfortable. The doctor here is amazing as well as his staff. Every last one of them care for your well being! It’s nice to have that. It’s like a family there. They get you in and out but it’s done with care. I’m use to feeling a little pinch when getting a shot in my mouth but with them I didn’t feel a thing. He even asked me to flag him down if I felt any pain at all. His explanations of options and procedures are very good and have made my feel very confident about what we are doing.I have had different people for cleanings and each one has been as good as the last. I have complete confidence that I will get excellent care EVERY time I go there. I don’t feel like I need to ask for a particular person.I don’t have dental insurance 😩 but I feel like the prices are reasonable - in comparison to previous dentists I have used. Caring staff and great attentive doctors!

I am extremely nervous and quite scared when having any dental work done. After moving to the area a year ago, I was faced with finding a new dentist to have root canals/crowns. I found Dr. Miller and I am so very glad I did. He and his assistant, Tammy, are so very patient and compassionate when dealing with patients with extreme anxiety. They have definitely made me a lifelong patient.

I drive over an hour to this dentist and refuse to change to one that’s closer. They’ve always been flexible with scheduling and fair on any repairs. They do great work each time and seem to be constantly buying the newest best equipment to stay ahead of the competition. Zero complaints.

Amelia Gentle Dentistry was referred to me by a co-worker. I was severe pain from a wisdom tooth and was needing immediate attention. I called and was able to get in the next morning (they actually tried to get me in the same day but I was working). I arrived at my appointment on time and having filled out the new patient paperwork online ahead of time, all I had to do was show my ID. I maybe waited 5 minutes to be called to the back. Everyone there was very helpful and caring. I received the treatment I needed as well as a treatment plan all in a timely manner. I am SO happy that I was referred here! What an incredible staff and level of care! I have never once felt uncomfortable here and I actually look forward to appointments... Thats pretty significant considering its a dental office! I love the whole team, but special shout out to Tammy my dental assistant and Dr. Paul Miller for being such a dynamic duo! I was in an accident and broke a tooth in the front of my mouth and they made the perfect implant to replace it. You all have made me confident to show my whole smile again!P.s. I fly in from North Carolina to see them, I wont go anywhere else!

Went for my 6 month teeth cleaning and really liked my hygenist Leslie. Dr. Jackie is always great and spends the time to review and discuss any options. Glad we found Amelia Gentle Dentistry when we moved to Fernandina Beach, they have been excellent for the last 2 1/2 years.

Everyone is great. The office/customer service staff are helpful, pleasant and professional. The techs and assistants are efficient, knowledgeable and greet you with a smile. The doctor takes all the time you need to explain the procedure and for you to ask questions. He is very gentle and efficient and does a great job! To top it all off my whole experience was painless!!!

This office really takes care of their patients and from the time you arrive until you leave their team is pleasant and caring!My hygienist was extremely polite and personable. She also patiently described the process of the cleaning. She was also sympathetic to my mouth’s sensitivity and took great care. After the cleaning she answered my questions.During the check out process, I was greeted with a smile and given a treatment plan and my cost as well as how much my insurance will cover was explained. I was even given two financing options in detail. She offered to send an estimate to my insurance company . She was genuinely sincere and caring. We struck up a conversation and talked for ten minutes. It was like she had known me my whole life.I would recommend this office to anyone. Definitely top notch.

New job, new insurance, new dentist. First visit yesterday. They truly live up to their name. Gentle, very professional, and they have taken every precaution regarding COVID-19 with (in addition to the usual masks, gloves, and eye protection) special air handling equipment in every exam/treatment room.

We have finally found an excellent dental practice after trying a couple of duds. The staff is friendly, caring plus I have met all the dentist, due to a couple of emergencies, and I am happy with each of them. My husband is very picky when choosing a dentist and said his crown work is the best hes ever received. Their practice focuses on good oral health care for those of us that dont want a dentist that focuses most of his/her practice on cosmetic dentistry.

They have great customer service and they are up to date on any equipment or products that make your experience more comfortable or that help you maintain the health of your teeth. The doctors are very professional and they wont let you leave unless everything is perfect. I cant stress enough how awesome the customer service is, Tina who works at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, went out of her way to help me with understanding my treatment and how my insurance works, so is my hygienist, Krysten, down to earth and helpful and on top of it all, they know what theyre talking about.
