We came in shortly before closing time with a sick baby because we were visiting and away from our usual doctor. The service from beginning to end was wonderful. We didnt wait long--and we were seen by Joel Anderson who was attentive and really took his time with us, even though we may have been the last appointment of a long day. I was honestly surprised to be so satisfied with walk-in service and would not hesitate to go back if we had an urgent issue again.

Staff have always been there for and been helpful even if its the answer we didnt understand. As a walk in they are top notch!

Terrible. didn’t want to give me a covid test because it was “too much of a hassle”. thanks for caring about the safety of an individual and the town as a whole. love to see it.

Slow, crampe, no coffee thanks to Covid.

I went in with my Son who was having stomach pain and headache,I told the receptionist what the problem was when she asked,and then she handed me a card to call covid-19 hotline,and I asked for what ?I told her my son is in pain and he has no other covid-19 symptoms he just need to be checked,so they refused to see him even though he has no other covid-19 symptoms,and u called urself walk-in clinic,its the worse clinic for Walk-in if u have to reject service to people with headache and stomach pain,so I drove an hour to Sanford childrens clinic in Fargo and they immediately took care of my child after they asked us all the usual covid-19 questions.Thqnk you Sanford childrens clinic.

Joel Anderson was wonderful explained all my symptoms very attentive, funny, over all wonderful doctor highly recommend!

This is the walk in clinic, not the ER. If you need to see a practitioner without waiting a week for an appointment this is the place. If you have the need for advanced emergency services get to the Lake Region ER. They are two different services in different parts of the city.I have always been satisfied with the walk in services provided at this facility. There is always a practitioner on duty along with experienced nurses, lab and minor diagnostic services. Pink eye, UTI, the flu, a possible infection..... this is the place. A broken arm, head injury, profuse bleeding, heart attack, stroke or other real emergency get to the hospital. This is a clinic, not an Emergency Department. ;-)

Joel Anderson, NP, was thorough, compassionate, and funny, as well as, treating my symptoms of Infuenza A (yes, I was vaccinated). If you think you have symptoms of the flu, do not tough it out, get help in the first 48 hours. You can save yourself the hassle of a prolonged response to the Influenza and get back to your regular life without being a bio safety hazard to your co-workers. Thanks Lake Region Walk-In Clinic for being a delightful amenity in Fergus Falls!

The staff are very proffesional and helpful. The doctors are always attentive and listen to the pateint. The wait time is very minimal

The receptionist was rude and when I told her my place of employment, she laughed. She made me feel like a second-rate citizen. The doctor was also rude and impatient. If I can avoid going there again I will.
