I went in to make an appointment in person 2 days ago for my appointment today. I should have left immediately; dont know why I didnt. The lady at the front desk went from sitting there to directing me to the table behind a curtain. I never saw her wash her hands so I assumed she would wear gloves. I had shown her a picture of what I want and she quoted a price and the lashes she would be using. Im on the table with my eyes closed so I dont know if she has on gloves or a mask; another time I should have left. She never even prepped my eyes for the lashes. She used dry tape on my lower lids and just began placing lashes on. After she did the first eye I felt a little burning feeling and she responded actually no youre not she did my other eye and it felt even worse! She finally offered me a fan and then turned it off abruptly! Once she was done she didnt even offer me a mirror to look at my lashes; not even a tissues for my tearing eyes. The entire time she worked on my lashes she was talking to another woman while she was that close to my face. Then her child came over and was screaming right in my ear. I cant make this up people. She walked away, went to the front desk and got on her cell phone. She said when youre ready youre done and you can go. Of course not before taking my $140 for lashes that we did not agree on. I was only able to look at my lashes with my small mirror in my purse. My left eye is so irritated and Im miserable! I shouldnt have paid but of course FWPD would have been there in a heartbeat wasting their time.I try to patronize local businesses, especially the small businesses of people of color. My thing is, how did she get such great ratings but I received such bad service. If she did not want to service me she should have said so 2 days ago. This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had! I cant wait for my Lady from XO nails to return from vacation. Thats what I get for being inpatient. Never again will I stray😑🤦‍♀️ Do these lashes look like mega volume?So I have been informed that I indeed got a volume set verified by a trusted source. However, the customer service remains the same. Secondly, the person I made the appointment with is not not the person who provided the service.

They do a great job here. I always come for a clean up and have a membership with them for eyebrows and lip. They always keep my shape thick and don’t over thread.

I love how my lashes came out, and they were done so quickly with skill. Sarb listened to how I liked my lashes done, and then she went to work and did an amazing job. It was also very quick to schedule and get in, and I will definitely be coming back.

They fit me in on super short notice for a full set of lashes, it was my first time & i love them! She did it really fast it only took about 45min. Will be coming backEdit: I called in for a fill, made an appointment for Memorial Day. I was at work the day of & a woman called me asking if I wanted to come in earlier than my appointment. I told her I couldn’t make it in until 5pm. A few hours later I actually ended up getting off early so I called back & asked if they still had time for me to pop in before my scheduled time. The lady said, “Oh, no. Can you come in tomorrow?” I said I had an appointment for that day. She then told me it was too slow and they decided to close early. I told her no thanks, I’ll go somewhere else. It was just annoying. Close early, that’s fine. But you were gonna close and not tell me my appointment was cancelled? They had time earlier to try and get me to come in but no time to tell me they were gonna no show on me.Just kinda lame. They provide a good service at a good price, but they just irritated me. After my first service I left w a good result but felt super pressured to write them a good review. The lady who did my lashes gave me her card, asked me to write a review on google, then stood over me as I pulled it up and wrote it. Just weird vibes from the place

Im a creature of habit so I dont like steering away from what Im used to, that bring said, Im glad my girlfriend took me here (although I was one step from kicking and screaming beforehand). Very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I usually do waxing on these wild brows of mine but tried threading here. I think i like waxing better but Im not ready to say that with too much confidence yet.We went here out of a recommendation from our local batista. We just moved to federal way and were looking for something closer than our previous Seattle place.The ladies here were lovely. They offer a ton of different packages/deals for your needs. Regardless if I choose waxing or threading for my next visit, I will come back here.Would I recommend this place? Absolutely.

I had a bad lash job done yesterday and there was no way I was going to go into work looking like I did. I called the salon that night and the owner was able to get me in the next day. She took off my old lashes and put new ones on. They look amazing and she was super fast! They also have a membership program that makes it cheaper. I am definitely going back.

I got my lash extensions here a couple weeks ago and the lady used way too much glue on my eyelashes that they felt crunchy.. it was my first time ever getting lashes and due to the amount of great reviews I thought I would give it a try. I had asked for volume lashes and I didn’t feel like they had any volume at all. I went to a different salon yesterday because I didn’t feel comfortable going back to this place and without me even saying anything the ladies there were shocked at the excessive amount of glue that was used. They told me they would fix it and give me better quality lashes and confirmed that volumes lashes do not look like that. They had to clean it up and tried to remove as much as they could without damaging my own lashes and now that I had them done how they’re supposed to be done, the difference is HUGE! Maybe for threading is fine but for lashes.. don’t waste your money.

I went here for the first time less than a week ago for a full set of eyelash extensions. This was my first time getting lash extensions and saw the place had good reviews. I went in, and I had told them it was my first time getting lashes, and there really wasn’t much talking or explaining of how to take care of them etc. At certain points, it felt like she was pushing the lash into my eyelid. I also thought it was going to be more relaxing but there were children running around, playing, crying, and at one point she had a toddler in her lap while trying to do my lashes. That made me nervous. Along with the lack of gloves, and multiple moments of just being left there, I felt that my lashes turned out okay, but one side looks better than the other. I don’t think it’s worth going back. Super bummed 😢

ZERO STARS!!.. STAY AWAY! I have been going here for over a year and in the beginning, all was well until the owner got pregnant and hired help. I was forced to pay for 2 full sets in matter of 2 months because they we’re done WRONG and kept clumping up and sticking together causing MAJOR damage to my real eye lashes. I came in on 1/6/19 and got a full set (after I had gotten one in November), returned on 1/21/19 for a fill. I returned for the final time on 02/08 and was told that I needed to get a new set because too many were gone. I explained to the lady that I had just gotten a FULL SET less than 2 months before and I had been in religiously for my refills (not to mention they were falling out at a rapid speed and by the multiples). She told me that too many we’re gone and that I must be doing something to make them come off. She called the owner and they were on the phone almost the entire time she was doing my eyelashes (obviously talking about me) and then she told me that she would charge me for just a fill but, the next time I would need to get a full set. (I agreed only because I had made up my mind that I wouldn’t be giving then any more business. The following day, I lost about 12 eyelashes AT THE SAME TIME and went back in and told her. She told me it had been over a week *in reality it was 2 days. After she made the fix, reluctantly she told me that I need to pay $10. I wasn’t willing to argue with her so, I paid it and told her that I planned to write a review and let everyone about my experience and would never be back. The lashes are too thick and heavy causing my lashes to fall out. I paid for SINGLE eyelash extensions and she was putting 3-6 false lashes on one single lash. I went somewhere else and had my eyelashes removed and literally had NONE left. They don’t do quality work and they don’t honor the terrible work they do. See the pictures below!

I used to go to two locations in Kent for 5 years for my eyebrows on a bi-weekly basis paying only $3 per visit. Due to the frequent turnover thus lack of consistency at one location and long waits at both- not to mention the commute, I decided to opt for a closer location even if it charged more as long as I was satisfied with the service and had to drive less. Sarb is not only closer, but shes excellent at her craft, friendly, and consistent. There are 2 other gals at this location that Ive experienced and theyre equally exceptional. Its $8 but because they do such an exceptional job, I only find myself having to stop in once a month. They also offer a membership which is a good deal if you like to come in more frequently. Ive been a satisfied customer for a year now.

Really nice job on the lashes and is really fast putting them on. Most places take 2 hours but I swear she did mine in around 45 minutes and for only $90. Really nice service too. Always makes time to take last minute appointments too!

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. For the price I paid ($120) it wasn’t worth having an inexperienced technician apply them. She never cleaned my lashes before applying the extensions. She Didn’t even use the right type of lash for the application I wanted.Not to mention I had irritation, itchiness, and redness on my lash line 1 week later.It was all around BAD EXPERIENCE.When I had them removed by another eyelash technician she was even amazed about how horrible of a job this technician had done.
