I have had the best experience with this company. They are the best. They are under new management with new and better staff. The front desk ladies are always happy and always making me laugh. I love coming here and on top of this, it’s June and I’ve lost 66 lbs since March! They encourage me when I need to try a different meal plan, they encourage me to drink my water and they make me feel very very welcome!!!!!!

I went to my doctor about 3 weeks after going to this weight loss center and I had my blood work checked..my levels of B12 was thru the roof..like 1500 ..n thats dangerous as hell..the highest your B12 should be is 924..from what my doctor has told me..they are supposed to check your levels of B12 before giving you the injections..i have immediately stopped going and wont be teturning

I love that they do over the phone assessments to help you figure out your weight loss goals

Paid for my “tele appt” never received a phone call back. Of course no one cares because your on their time. Went 3 days with no prescription. Only answer I get is “she’s going to call”

I went a year and half ago. I loved the experience I’m definitely going back. The only thing that happened was they forgot to give me the $10 off but Abby said next time just tell them that and I can get it off. But it was so fast wonderful staff and Dr. best doctor office experience ever!!!! I definitely recommend it to people

This office is always late! Never return call only for first appt when trying to get you as a patient myself and another patient has had horrible experiences with unprofessional staff! Save you money get the rx from your medical doctor. The Nurse practitioner Tonya is not informed about the produce the staff couldn’t answer my question either.

This place is awesome. I have been to many different weight management places and have to say that the staff here goes well over what is expected. Abigail is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions and appointment scheduling needs, I met with a great medical staff and they have a dietitian on staff! THE PRICE is amazing (less than 1/4 what the competitor is charging) I lost 6 pounds in the first week. It is worth a call to see if you are a strong candidate for weight loss. Enjoy!

I was scheduled for an over the phone appointment (for the same price as an actual in office visit) but no one ever called and when I left a message my calls werent returned. The only time they called me back was months later to ask if I wanted to buy a shot card.

This is the third time I got a flyer on my car window! They are always on the passenger side. Imagine me a small female with 2 kids loaded up, its dark and raining and I have to get back out and get that thing off my window. Thats very dangerous with increasing risk of robbery and abduction. Please tell management I dont appreciate it. My car is my personal property and I dont want you touching my property!!! This has happened multiple times. Please stop! I would never go to a clinic with advertising tactics that literally are a violation of my property and put me at risk for being preyed upon!

They ask what time you’d like to come in so you make an appt and then they make you wait well over an hour past your appt time. Sure the losing weight is nice and all but it’s unprofessional to “book an appt slotted for noon” just to be seen well over an hour later.

BEWARE OF they Prepay visit Deals !! YOU will find out that they charged you for it quick but if you have any Side effects which I did. I couldn’t even sleep anymore after getting those pills at all.... they will ingnor your e-mails and phone calls and on top of all I went there and talk to them in person 2 times and was told they will call me and have they corporate office send me a check which they didn’t. Their product probably does work for some out her but not for me. UGHH so Prepay at your OWN RISK because you wont get your money back if you have any bad side effects.

Staff is friendly but there time management is terrible-made and appointment 2 hours later had to leave and never saw the provider. That is unacceptable in any business to ask people to wait over 2 hours, because I hadn’t even gotten out of the waiting room when I left so it would have been another 30 minutes plus then going to the pharmacy for the medication.

Everyone is so nice.. The Program really works if you do the right things.

It’s a scam. I went in with 2 friends. The girl ask us if we agreed to pay $213 and that would pay for your blood work, the shots, a visit with the doctor and for phentermine. I even asked and she definitely said phentermine and not pills.... so if your BMI is below 25 you don’t get the phentermine you get caffeine pills (that don’t do anything but keep you awake) And their scale doesn’t measure your BMI because mine at home says my BMI is 30.3. Theirs goes strictly by the BMI calculator, so I’d just google the BMI calculator and put in your height and weight to see if your over 25 BMI. And just so you know if you are over 25 BMI (one of the 3 of us was) you still pay $213, you don’t get the caffeine pills you get a written prescription you go get filled at a pharmacy. The doctor told her it would be an additional $9 co-pay and it was $19... And it’s only been 3 weeks and I’ve actually gained 6 Ibs and weigh more then I ever have. My advice DONT DO IT!!!! Save your money!! The shots don’t do anything and their hours are inconvenient.

Unprofessional! Twice I have booked appointments and waited over 30 minutes to be seen. I call the office manager, and she says, “ I don’t know what you want me to do.”I asked to speak with her boss and she claims she doesn’t know when she will be coming in.What’s the point in making appointments if I have to wait that long to be seen?!

This place is terrible. All this company does is lie and tell you what you want to hear, to get your money!
