Carlie Cs IGA are located in several places throughout Fayetteville Hope Mills Raeford. I like the way that they have remodel the inside where you can find food items much easier. The associates there are very nice and courteous and professional. The prices of their produce and other perishable items are very fair

Always have good sale items, friendly staff, and what I need! Plus has a post office in the store. Only downer is they did away with the pharmacy, was the best pharmacy in town hands down!!

The amount of disrespect I expirenced today from the line i went through today was astonishing. The cashier didnt have a name tag on, I had to ask for his name: Damian. He said nothing when I walked up to the register , gave me a look and attuidite when I asked him a question, and when I left I realized the boy shorted me $5. This is ridiculous, someone who cant count shouldnt be on a register.

There was a girl named Jessika that I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. She was incredibly rude and has no idea how to speak to costumers. Super unprofessional. I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I order from this mcdonalds my meal wrong did not get my fries that I paid for and the apple pies where cold. On the apple pie box it says enjoy by 3:24pm 4/4/2021 I received my at 9 pm. When I called I had to leave a message because no one answered the phone.

Management talk to their workers terribly at least I witnessed it once, I purchased salmon got it home my husband cooked it but it was spoiled. They did refund me my money for it no questions asked but I’m guessing they knew it was bad. I stopped shopping there.

The ladies in the bakery went above and beyond helping me find chessman cookies (on a somewhat hidden display) and a disposable pan that I couldnt find there or at 3 other stores the day before Thanksgiving! They saved the day for sure!

I love buying Alaska croaker fish here. These fish are the closet to island salt water fish if you cant afford $10 per pound red snapper. The meat department guys are great to chat with while they prepare your order.

Not fond of the store, I love shopping for great deals, but some items are over priced. Certain items are never in stock when I go there. I rather drive to Wal-Mart which is a lil further from where I live.

They steam the seafood you purchase for you! Makes crablegs for dinner so easy!

Meat bundles make this my go to place! Frozen food section could use some updates as much is freezer burned or out dates, however, meats are ALWAYS on point! Cheapest deals in town. Just go to meat dept, order bundle, pay and leave. That simple! They choose good cuts and offer substitutes for some items.

Ms. Donna is the only reason I come here well there are other reasons but she is the primary reason. Shes the most amazing cashier Ive ever dealt with in my entire life always friendly always nice always caring and compassionate.she is what all customer service agents cashiers and anybody that deals with customers should aspire to be. Carlie Cs have the very best customer service of any grocery store clothing store or any other kind of store ever anywhere. I am in a scooter when I shop there and employees who actually come up to me and asked me if they can get anything for me or help me period no other store does that. I cannot tell everybody how much that means to me and how much I appreciate it periodFresh fresh produce at good prices fresh meat and a fresh deli with all kinds of good things. Comfortable warm store reminds me of the old A&P and Winn-Dixie. The employees are all exceedingly helpful. This is an outstanding store was wonderful prices.

The hot foods section is ALWAYS on point .... the sides are always seasoned to my liking! The shelves were stocked an all items fresh. Nothing I saw on the shelves were expired an employees in the meat department were quick to help with cutting the meat I needed. Very nice disposition

I was looking for strawberries and they were all moldy. I asked about ground chicken and they did not have that either.....I did find other things that I did need and the workers that I ran into were really helpful and nice....just disappointed in the strawberries and no ground chicken.....oh well I was from out of town.

If it had been any other day, I would have given this store 4 stars. But today, I went to cash a check, unfortunately the check was in my maiden name. I had my state ID and my marriage license just to show why my last name was different well they didnt look at the marriage license and the two women at the side desk made me feel like a criminal as if my check was fake or something. It was just so upsetting to me because this had been one of my favorite stores since moving from NY a month ago. They really made me feel like a criminal with a fake check. It was a really a bad experience for me and I dont understand why they would treat me so unkindly. This is supposed to be a friendly neighborhood store but it isnt.

The worker at the meat counter was very polite and helpful. The cashier, however, was rude. She gave me the scanner and said scan your stuff so she wouldnt have to move. Didnt ask, just directed. Then, she spoke to the person in line behind us the ENTIRE time. If you dont like people who arent the same race as you, dont work in a store where you come in contact with all sorts of people daily. If it wasnt for the positive interaction with the guy at the meat section, would have given less stars.

Most of all, the cashier treated me badly and made fun of me to the customer she was helping and they both laughed. I told her she was treating me like I was stupid and she didnt say a thing. All I asked was about the $10 coupon I got in the mail and how much I had to buy. She made fun from the get go. Might have been reverse discrimination since she was laughing with the black customer and she was black but there was no need for this. I would have never treated her like that. Then she was basically was almost throwing my groceries into the bag, never said a word to me. Didnt say thank you, have a nice night or anything. I even talked to the manager, white man, and he said hed talk to her but really didnt act like he cared and when I was in line to leave, he just stared at me like she said it was my fault. The brocolli was wilted I realized when I was cutting it and not bright green and the avacadoes were so bad, they feel like their full of liquid. First time there, and will never go there again unless its an emergency. Back to Walmart where they have fresh food every day. And Ill be returning this food to Carlie Cs. Never had a bad experience at other stores.

Great store for those who love soda, Pepsi and Coke rotate from Wednesday to Wednesday on sale sometime 4 for $5 and others 89 cents. Check out the deli theyre not bad either for a quick pick up for dinner.
