This is such a great establishment! I’ve been a part of Evolution Fitness and Results for almost a year now and I’ve seen so much progress (mental and physical). My personal trainer is Coach Foster and he definitely pushes me and encourages me tremendously! The atmosphere and camaraderie is amazing! Love this gym!

Firstly let me share that my experience with Coach Foster has been only good. I think it’s a compliment to him for me to say I hate him most of the hour long sessions I am with him. I have seen nothing but results and his communication is great. He is uplifting, encouraging, and really good at orchestrating the workout sessions! He truly has the best outlook for his clients. I have referred family and have heard only good things from their experiences. Coach Foster is a great influence! My advice to you... if you want results... try this one out!

I highly advise not using personal trainer Christopher Clute. I have used him for two months and in these two months he is unreliable and does not understand a commitment to client or their schedule. In the first month he was constantly pushing me to bring him more clients, he stated he would offer my friends the same rate I was paying. I did eventually have one of my friends to sign up and use him for a month and she has had every issue I have had. He ended up charging her three times the amount he charged me. He always misses at least one to two sessions a week and always has an excuse, he asks for early payments to cover personal finances and as recent as June 29 asked if I could make my payment two days early. I obliged because I intended on give him another chance and seeing how July went. Here is exactly how July went. I showed up at the gym July first and he was not there. When I contacted him and he responded 15 mins later he stated he wasnt even in state and forgot to tell me. When I told him I would like a refund for July I was no longer interested in his services he has ignored all my messages and will not even respond to me. This is the most disappointing frustrating experience, but everything I would expect from an unprofessional person. Please avoid this trainer at all cost to save yourself time, money (he will steal from you) and frustration!
