I have a completely different story, I have been trying to get in with a therapist for over a year now. Because of my insurance situation( and covid); more people needing therapy; I have been up against so many brick walls. Wendy reached out to me a week ago and tried her best to assist me in anyway possible, this morning I received a call from Debbie (Ms. Gordon) and she will be helping me; which is a gift that I am so blessed to receive; when I was giving up on hope there they were with a helping hand. Needless to say this company truly lives up to their name. Thank you once again for caring.

My son was a patient fall 2020 and had a good experience with his provider and the practice. Recently we needed a letter for an appeal at his school, since his provider left the practice, Wendy stepped in and was super quick and helpful in getting us what we needed.

I cannot recommend Wendy enough. I knew the first time I sat down with her that she was going to be great. Ive worked with a few therapists in the past and I can say without reservation that Wendy is the best Ive found. If you need someone who truly cares, who listens, who gives honest and helpful feedback, and who truly has empathy then you need to reach out to Wendy. Thank you so much Wendy, Im so grateful to you.

I have been going to Wellness & Courage for a long time and I highly recommend it to anyone. The environment is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Everyone there is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about your experience when you visit. My therapist is Wendy and I adore her. She has helped me to learn so many skills that help with my struggles, she listens without judgement, and she is so authentic in how she presents herself and lives her life! I appreciate Wendy and everyone else at Wellness & Courage, and I am so grateful for my experiences at Wellness & Courage.

The name Wellness and Courage fits perfectly in what they do. It is the type of place that most individuals struggle to walk in (or call in) that first time, maybe the first few times, but this group of women make sure you know that they hear and they are listening to you and they will help your walk as much or as little as you want or need. From walking in the serene doors (or if you are a virtual client see and visualizing the space) to the calming offices and the therapist mannerism you know you can relax and share your life’s worries/fears/concerns.Thank you for assuring that recognizing that all of your staff from the front door to the back care and listen.

I participated in a Daring Way workshop through this office. The benefits of attending far exceeded any expectations I had. The exercises, group work, one on one Support, and leader offered insights and support that left me forever changed.

This was not for me.... Rude staff, little options when it comes to actual therapy, no compassion, and long wait times. Just because you have a calming very nicely decorated office or hallway does Not mean you are fully equipped with the knowledge or experience to help someone with things you advertise you can help with. Plain and Simple. Keep on looking. Better help is out there... ♥️

I started going to Wellness & Courage in March 2020 and have always felt like a priority to the staff there. Wendy Poole has coached me through several major moments in the past year. Poole has been available and largely relatable, which was an immense relief at times. I also see Stephanie Bohannon, who is so extremely knowledgeable and concise. I feel so taken care of by both mental health professionals and plan to continue to go to Wellness & Courage for the foreseeable future.

Wellness & Courage is such a beautiful office. They keep the lobby so peaceful and serene. It feels like I’m walking into a spa. The staff are very helpful and supportive. The counselors and psychiatrist are all so amazing and helpful. Jamy Hunter, specifically, made me feel immediately comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend her, and everyone at the clinic for their psychiatry and counseling needs!

I’ve been a client of Wendy’s for years! The entire staff is so kind & professional. They have everything you could possibly need. I go for myself, I’ve taken my children in for family counseling with another staffed counselor. I like about Dr. Lange-Halley as well. She’s very compassionate about her clients’ care. I recommend Wellness & Courage to anyone looking.

I am so disappointed in the staff and Dr. Lange-Halley at Wellness and Courage. I was getting close to running out of my prescription but when pharmacy called Dr. Lange-Halley to get it refilled, they told the pharmacy I was not a patient. When I FINALLY got someone to return my call, after calling twice, they said I needed to come in for an appointment the following week. I said that was fine but I was running low on my script. They said they could not do anything about it until I came in. So the following week I came in at the appointed time, where they promptly informed me that I did NOT have an appointment. I asked them if they could please do something as I was now out of my prescription. The receptionist said she would talk to the doctor and get back to me as soon as possible. I am still waiting. I contacted another psychiatrist and, after explaining my problem, I got an appointment for the very next day. I will not be returning to wellness and courage.
