Today I wake up so relieved to have found such an amazing, caring Doctor who actually listens to me. Dr.Lola was super kind and funny, something I haven’t done in a while. She really takes her time and pays attention. Never did I feel rushed, I’m so bless to have found her and her amazing staff. Thank you!!!

Grateful to have found this black owned gem ! Dr.Lola and her staff are very warm and welcoming, my experience was great from start to finish. Most offices you’ll wait an hr or more before seeing the doctor, I waited 20 min tops and that was due to me having to complete paperwork ! Dr. Lola was attentive to my needs and implemented them well into my care. I can’t wait to see her practice grow.

This office is very pleasant! The staff are very organized and friendly. The care I have received here has really changed my quality of life with my children. I received a diagnosis and care plan that has relieved so much of the stress and struggle that I have dealt with for over 35 years! This office has treatment options such as telehealth that make it convenient for me to come in or take care at home with my littles. The self pay was affordable when I didn’t have insurance and hassle free once I did acquire insurance. Professional and effective in MY neighborhood. So important and necessary. Recommended indefinitely.

Not only does she listen to a persons needs, she provides a high level of professionalism, knowledge and compassion to clients every day. Mindset Healthcares office staff is also attentive, professional and caring. The office is not only beautiful, it is calming and inviting. The community definitely has gained a great medical professional to help many to deal with lifes everyday stressors and more.

Dr. Lola is the best.

I can barely express in words how grateful my family is to this practice. My cousin has struggled to find care for the past few months due to Covid. Her regular psychiatrist stopped returning calls and she was off of her meds. She was turned away from the Urgent Care and didn’t receive help in the ER. Today our options were so limited and my cousin was really having a crisis. Both of our mothers are gone so I feel a duty to protect her and help her when I can. The receptionist here was so professional and compassionate to our situation. They were able to squeeze her in when they were close to closing and give her the help she needed. Her experience was pleasant. The office was comfortable. She felt the provider listened to her. I can’t thank them enough.

Thank God for this facility After losing three psychiatrist to sudden retirement I had given up. Due to my PCPs insistence I was forced to find another. Thank God I found Dr Lola - as I refer to her. She listens to me and lets me share my stuff even if my time runs over. I would reccomend her to anyone struggling like me with mental health issues. Thank you Dr Lola for giving me back some hope!
