You’d think with all the reviews about you all being so incredibly rude on the phone you’d stop being so rude. After our less than enjoyable conversation I see you don’t even bother to read these, you just have the employees leave 5 star reviews but that’s okay I hope you have a wonderful day.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars, I really do. My provider here was fantastic, truly. Shes the best doctor Ive had- aside from my PCP- in my entire life. Unfortunately, in order to see the doctors, you have to deal with the front office staff.Fawn is the rudest person in a customer-facing position I have ever encountered. Her minion Paula is the second rudest person in a customer-facing position I have ever encountered. Im actually shocked they were able to find TWO people like this to staff their office. Its almost impressive. When I was a patient there, I thought my issues with the admin staff were my problem- I thought that I was being too sensitive, or that I was just bad at things. After all, I was being treated for my mental health.I referred friends, family, and talked to my other providers about the care I got from my provider because again- it was excellent. Unfortunately, it didnt take long for me to get on the bad side of the admin staff.Im a medical office specialist. I would NEVER allow our patients to be treated the way the front office treats their patients. The rudeness, the utter disregard for the emotional, physical, financial, or social situations of their patients is unbelievable. In fact, if I hadnt experienced it myself and then watched as every person I sent there faced the same treatment, I wouldnt believe it.Because of the way myself, our patients, and even our OWN STAFF have been treated when contacting this business, my doctor has decided that we will no longer refer patients here, despite the quality of care they receive once they actually make it past the front desk.Providers at Bridges to Wellbeing: Pay attention to what your front office staff is doing. Your patients mental health will suffer from the way they are treated by the people who stand as gatekeepers to their care.Admin staff: Compassion is a virtue. You work with mentally ill humans. Try NOT being unconscionably awful 100% of the time- just give it a try!Potential patients: The six month long wait list isnt worth it. You deserve better.

My psychiatrist and the staff at Bridges To Wellbeing have helped me throughout the years. I am confident I have found the right doctor. I continue to drive from out of state to see my psychiatrist because of my trust in their care. I have been a patient for nearly a decade. I know I made the right choice. Thank you for being there!

Didnt even get to meet anyone, accidentally missed my appointment because I wrote the appt time down wrong. They still charged me the $100 no-show fee when Im already anxious in the first place, so that didnt help. and the next available time for an appt was a month away. I tried asking for my money back, explaining that there was a misunderstanding and I cant afford this, but they still refused. Apparently, their time is more important than their patients mental health.

Highly recommend Dr Mecum. She truly cares, is compassionate and goes the extra mile for her clients. I would trust and refer my closest friends and family to be under her care. If you’re able to get an appointment with her, consider yourself really lucky.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hughes at Bridges To Wellbeing for well over a year now. Dr. Hughes is an incredible doctor, with a very cautious, holistic approach to both prescribing and treatment for mental illness. I am incredibly satisfied with my doctor, and with my treatment at Bridges To Wellbeing.Im lucky enough to have private insurance that covers my appointments, and that my doctor is in network. I wish that Dr. Hughes or any of the other staff were able to accept Arkansas Medicaid so that I could refer my partner, but aside from that, I dont have anything negative to say about them.

Terrible experience. Told the doctor how hard of a time I was having and she said my problems (including traumatic experiences) seemed “mild” and couldn’t do anything for me. Do not recommend this place if you are trying to actually improve your mental health and wellbeing, because they have only made mine worse.

Throughout my time at Bridges to Wellbeing, with Cheryl Williams, I felt a tinge of judgement and negativity toward my actions, probably because they were in stark contrast with Miss Williams’s personal views. Anyone who claims to be a psychologist must be unjudgemental, and that is the opposite of the care I received at Bridges to Wellbeing.

I called looking to be assessed for mediation. Who ever answered the phone was extremely rude to me, they were not understanding at all and totally unhelpful. She gave me lotsssss of attitude and was extremely unprofessional. When working at a wellbeing clinic i would expect the workers to speak to clients with patience, understanding and respect, but all I received was attitude and annoyance. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
