This company scams old people and Medicare. I have an old lady I try to help out however I can. This company cold calls her. They talk with her on the phone getting her confused then ship her something. She receives a package in the mail from Durable Medical Supply not knowing what it is or anything about it. We call the company up and in the conversation she vaguely remembers them calling her in the past. She does not have any issues with her arm/wrist but they had sent her a wrist brace. The wrist brace is a size large. The sizing chart shows the size small fitting a wrist 6-7.5 in diameter, her wrist measures 5.5 in diameter. So even if it is something she wanted it is useless. The company tells us there is no charge to her and Medicare has already paid for the wrist brace they sent her. So this company called an old lady, had her confused, sent her something completely useless to her that she did not want or need and billed Medicare for the item. How many probably millions of $$$ has this company scammed Medicare for? How much does events like this contribute to Medicares financial issues?

No stars (wont let you post unless you pick at least one star) Doctor sent my husband there for a knee brace - sign says open 9-5 - at 10 AM still nobody there. Others walked up to go in - called the number finally an answer machine that says voicemail box is full after reading the other reviews may be glad nobody showed up for work

The absolute WORST company to do business with. If you have to purchase or do any repairs to your wheelchair, please go elsewhere. The lady that you deal with for customer service/billing is extremely nasty and condescending EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you hate your job that much, please find another one. Its highly offensive as you are dealing with customers who have disabilities and health issues, and having to deal with her nastiness regarding their mode of transportation is literally an insult to injury. Im writing this review after me and my husband having to deal with her one too many times. The rudeness is ridiculous and unnecessary. Even though this location is more convenient for us, we will travel 50+ minutes to another supply company that treats us with respect.

The lady that answers the phone clearly does not want to be there. Very unfriendly and acts as if you are burdening her with questions. I thought my mom was crazy when she said the lady on the phone is rude, but she is right. We use to get our chair serviced at power wheelchair services in Atlanta. After going to the Atlanta location, I realized that they were closed. I was confused because the website says Atlanta and the phone number on the site still works. I called them to see if they had moved and to get an exact address only to get a soft and dry response. I decided to find another place.Great customer service should be given over the phone as well no matter what the potential customer is asking.

I called to inquire about a supported individual a wheelchair, RUDE and CONTINUED TO OVER TALK, THEN HUNG UP ON ME, Of course I called back(nice nasty without being rude yet i was effective) to express my discontent for such rudeness especially since the potential buyer was listening in on because they were in office. How dare they be associated with health field and that EVIL BAD energy answering the phone setting a tone of conflict. I wouldnt buy a screw from these ppl And we will make sure not 1 client from out agency ever shops with them. GET someone else to answer calls as it is a reflection of whats to come. Oh well i guess it doesnt matter(allegedly) as long as a MPN is involved

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I rented a hospital bed for 2 1/2 weeks, paid for one month (which was stated upon rental) with a REFUNDABLE deposit...two months later and i still havent received my deposit. i called the office SEVERAL times, but was shifted from person to person...the office manager NEVER addressed my issue. I may have to end up taking them to court! its a small family business, so that means there are no higher ups to resolve issues such as mine.
