Very UNPROFESSIONAL! This is will be the THIRD TIME they have canceled my appointment on the day of my appointment at the last minute that I have had with Taesha Winford!! I never had these issues when Dr Pierre was there now it’s beyond hard get in to even see a dr!

Unfathomably lengthy new patient scheduling process in my experience. Filled out 7 pages of forms, emailed in, waited a week, followed-up, informed they dont receive emails from Yahoo accounts, sent forms from different account, waited a week (by this time I was in dire need of prescription refills), told my paperwork was on the doctors desk. Here we are a month later and no one has called me to schedule my appointment. Safe to say I found another provider to address my medical needs.

Dr Tyler Brockman is an awesome dr he listens to ya and works to get ya feeling better Im proud to have him as my primary dr hes as good as dr pierre was to me Im sure glad he works well with his patients great dr thanks Washington regional family clinic

I went here today and all I can say is that they are amazing, they treated me with respect. Nurse Taesha Winford was amazing to me! Overall a great family clinic.

The Family Clinic are understaffed. Long wait times. Many doctor turnovers. Don’t respond to medication refills. Disorganized.

I can never get ahold of this clinic if I do call and get threw its very rarely and a miracle. I have asked and asked for my mirgrain meds to be re prescribed but.... Nope and I get aweful headaches. I am changing my Dr.

Taesha Winford APRN and the entire staff at this WRMC clinic are amazing. They always take the time to listen to what I have to say. They always have bright smiles on their faces that tend to brighten my day.

When dr pierre was there she was a great dr went in to b seen today since when do they tell ya youve got to do the referral I asked her 6months ago to refer me into a pain management dr &here I am still waiting I realize theyre a busy clinic but if ya arent gonna take care of your patients the right way then say so

I do not recommend their services. The clinic is difficult to contact, I had to request an appointment four times (twice by phone, no answer, and two times through online request) before I could get in to see my primary care physician. When I was out of town, they scheduled me for an appointment the next day through the online portal without calling or emailing to confirm, also they did not call on the day of the appointment to ask why I wasnt there. I had to pay a no show charge without even realizing I had missed an appointment. The doctors and nurses I saw for treatment were all friendly, but I feel like the staff didnt take my medical concerns seriously. The clinic hours are very inconvenient, open weekdays from 8-4:30. Overall I have not had a very positive experience with this clinic and Washington Regional as a whole and am currently looking for treatment elsewhere.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a medical professional office!!I carefully made sure I had their new address in my gps, but it took me to the back of Harps in Fiesta Square. Not a problem, I’ll call their office. 10 minutes before I’m supposed to arrive I’m calling their office but no one is answering. I spend the next 15 minutes driving around and trying to call their office. I get no response!!! I *finally* get someone on the phone and explain the situation. She is rude and short with me while telling me the address is not wrong, the building is just new and it’s not listed in google correctly. She makes no comment on the fact that I’ve been trying to call their office for 15 minutes with no response.When I arrive 15 minutes late the lady takes my paperwork that I filled out like I’m supposed to beforehand. Then a nurse comes and tells me they won’t see me because I’m late. I explain to her that I was calling their office 10 minutes before my appt time trying to figure out where to go. I also tell her that I work 30 minutes from here and can’t get off work for appointments very often. She says they still can’t see me today.I told them to shred my paperwork, I will not be coming back.

The young doctor has no direction or foresight on how to treat patients. She goes against standard medical thought and likes to pawn her job off on to other doctors. Let me tell you, the other doctors are not appreciating you very much for this madame. Your patients are even more annoyed.I wouldnt trust her to tend to my injured chicken.

Front Desk staff have no customer skills, they are very Rude and disrespectful. When i arrived for my appointment the front desk girl didnt even greated me at all. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment time and she looked at her watch and turn around to see another staff who they were eating and talking like having a personal home reunion at the clerical area!! Food and drinks okay!! Staff made face gestures to each other! Have no idea why??. Like i was not on time? To early?? No clue!! Made me feel so uncomfortable. At check out they just took my payment and thats it!! No words at all so i just left. I have called several times to check on some personal information and they can never help me because they say they dont have access to Any records. They defiantly have no manners. I will not be back! Hope they can get some training on what customer skills really are because they have no clue what it is, and how to treat patients. This clinic will not have a good reputation if they keep staff like this! Please have better staff so you wont loose patients that really want to come here! Thank you!!
