I wouldnt work for them .I know someone who worked there for 25 years .for nothing .they are nothing and I hope they get shut down for good worthless pos people .

Im supposed to get glasses from here. I ordered them on December 17 2018. The girl in the store I ordered them from called the lab to find out the hold up. Turned out they broke the frames and now they have to start over. I will be waiting another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. A month for glasses. Its not the ooltewah stores fault. She went out of her way to find out whats going on and apologized for the delay. I need my glasses. The ones I have are broke and falling apart..now they say my prescription was cancelled after paying in advance and waiting 3 weeks..now theyre redoing them .and I have to wait another 10 days.. get your s*** together.this is unacceptable

This is the Walmart optical lab - not an actual store front. As such, theres not much to say from a consumer perspective. I know they used to pay decent wages and have alright benefits, but that well may have changed since.

Hired thur temp agency at best part time hours. Walmart employees treated us like trash rude hard to get treated fairly.
